My dad got scammed, too.
They are a third party interjecting themselves between you and the U.S. CBP, wrongfully claiming to provide you a service, whereas you can easily do it directly on the U.S. CBP website without the additional EUR 89.00 fee. He even withdrew within the legal 14-day withdrawal period applying to consumer business in Europe, but they refused to return any of his money. Shameful and disgusting, practices like this need to be shut down and the funds recovered.

Hi, this is a disgusting scam. Avoid like the plague. They rip you off by looking like the real thing. Report them as fraud and let’s hope the authorities close them down. Do NOT use them.

And then if for whatever reason your esta is denied they will only refund you £25 trying to justify the rest been used for admin fees more like Christmas party money
Absolutely disgraceful company

They are a rip off. Just been charged £89 for a $14 ESTA. They try to make out it is complicated but it is not. Doing it though the official US government website took ONE minute and cost only $14.

You do not know what this company is going to charge you until you have submitted payment details. Surely this is illegal and needs to be investigated.

Australianevisa.com applied for eta tourist visa $20 AUD x2
Then noticed a charge on my credit card statement for $130 US to a company called No Limits for Travel
On google called themselves a visa and immigration expert but their website has no link to any of this

This is THE WORST!! Be careful everyone! This company is just trying to get your money. They charged us an extra of 150 Euro for NOTHING!!! Just use the official site of the USCIS to get your Esta.

almost caught by this scammy site. Unsure if what they are doing is illegal, but it is certainly misleading. After some digging in DNS records and the footnote on the website, I have found the following info on owners of the website:

Current administrator of Metaway travel is 'Serena Lobo Axel Javier' who is also an administrator of around 40 other travel sites. Didn't check them in depth. This person is also the current representative of
NOLIMITS FOR TRAVEL XXI SL

This site takes €89 per visa and at no point during the application is the price highlighted. I canceled immediately my application and I was told that the refund is $25 per visa application and that an agent was at my disposal, not true as I would have to complete the complex form myself
No telephone number, just a live chat which directs you to an automated email address
We have canceled our bank card and we will be contacting the fraud squad and eu consumer advise to repot this web site and it’s fraudulent activity
TOTAL FRAUD

You go through the whole site, inputting passport & credit card details - they never tell you the cost & once you have finished they tell you to await an acceptance email - THEY NEVER TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED!!! It is not obvious that everything has gone through until they say your application is pending.

Their refund policy says to send an email & they will respond within 72 hours, but if you receive the ESTA confirmation email, you have completed the transaction & there is no refund

The only way I know the cost is that I checked my credit card & an amount of £89 is pending - the cost of the ESTA on us gov website is $14!!!

DO NOT USE - they dupe you into paying & whilst on the site I kept waiting to see what the cost is, but there is no statement/receipt at the end of the box ticking process & by the time I realised I was at the end of the form filling, it was too late!!!
