It is a rip off. I opened an account with my husband and I many years ago. I wasn't aware that they opened separate accounts for both of us. I cancelled mine paid an outstanding balance from a year ago when they said they did not get paid. Mind you they have been taking monthly payments out for a year. After paying and cancelling my account, I get another amount taken out of my account. I call and they said my husband has a separate account and it has an outstanding balance. I said they took the outstanding balance out in March. The manager said there was nothing taken out. I have proof from my bank that the balance they are saying is due was taken out. So it is double charging me! I will never use them again and will tell all my friends never to join their gym.
