Perfect journey at a skillful and pleasant clinic
My experience with this clinic was awesome! Beginning by the first contact with a representative in your own country, who helped managing all the stuff. Followed by a well structured workflow at the clinic. All the appointments and transfers were on schedule.
The stuff is very professional and super kind in the interaction with the patients.
I was really impressed, that you were accompanied by a professional translator, to facilitate the interaction!!
The medical procedure (FUE) took smoothly course without any pain or Problems.
A super professional clinic with an experienced team. I highly recommend this clinic for a hair transplantation and would choose it again!!

BEST EXPERIENCE!
I’ve stayed at their hospital for a couple of days after having three different surgeries and Ive had the best experience by their doctors and nurses. Everyone’s very professional and so kind. I’d highly recommend coming to ESTEWORLD for any kind of surgeries or treatments. They made sure I was recovered and healed before they sent me off home. Couldn’t be more happier with my stay.

5star Service and Environment. Surgery Amazing
Professional, clean, friendly service. Everyone from drivers/ reception/ translators/ nurses/ surgeons/ aftercare were amazing. Nothing was any trouble. The hospital was like a 5star hotel, clinical but had a spa feel so kept me calm. Nothing is rushed, every step is discussed and explained. Special shout out to the blood test nurse who went over and above, i was slightly nervous in the morning and had a dizzy spell. She was so lovely and attentive as were everyone else. The entire booking process was hassle free and not pushy at all. The hair transplant itself I couldnt be any happier, the doctor explained that she would transplant more to other areas than I expected as she could see I was thinning at the back/ centre skull. This was all done at the same price as agreed before flying. The hotel is great, few guests were Este world and others who we’re having surgery so no one looked at you any differently. Places to eat were a stones throw. Felt safe to walk around outside the hotel.
I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Workers were professional and kind. Made sure I was comfortable. Assigned a translator to my case, and she was great. Prices were reasonable. I guess I won’t know for a few months how it finally turns out, but so far so good! Highly recommended.

Don’t be a victim of this company like me…
It’s been 9 months after my hair transplant and I have no results. On the day of the procedure I repeatedly told the staff I want density and if they have dealt with African American hair before and they assured me they understood and had the experience to give me the density I want. A day after the procedure I saw that the scabs/scaring from the procedure were not in my temple area where I was thinning. They assured me everything would be fine and I will start to see results around month 6… it’s month 9 and my hair looks the same prior to my procedure. The lack of Density combined with them over harvesting my donor area has made me a bad candidate for future hair transplants. They not only took my money for a botched procedure but they also ruined any potential future hair transplants for me. Please don’t go here, don’t be a victim like me.

Pick and drop from the airport and the…
Pick and drop from the airport and the hotel was really good.
There were times when the absence of the interpreter made things difficult but overall experience was good.
I turned up on the day for shirts as it was hot outside but in the operation theatre (8 hours on the bed) was cold.Things like this (small details) could be improved but the staff was professional and helpful throughout.

Professional clinic
I do not have experience with other hair transplant clinics, so difficult to rate the service. Think the treatment is done professionally, but in some aspects deviated from the information received at Esteworld in the Netherlands. In the end it is all about the end result, which still takes a year.
