The ROI that they claim on the products they find is not as they claim. none of the items they found were being sold for the price they claim. Dont Waste your time. They have poor customer service
I canceled my subscription within the trial period and have been charged two monthly fees so far. I have asked for a refund with no response.
No cancel button, email doesn't go through to them either.
They say you can cancel anytime but make it impossible to do so.
When I can access the site, it is good and have found several items that have done well for me.
However, every other week, I cannot access the site. There is no communication from the company and no way to contact them except through email, which they do not seem to respond to as I have sent several emails and not received any response.
I would like to cancel my subscription for these reasons but cannot access my account to do this. I have sent several emails requesting my account to be cancelled but have received no response. If I do not hear back from them soon, I will have no recourse, but to contact my bank and have any charges investigated.

Hey Vicki, we have replied to you in the orginal email thread where you asked about some login issues but you have failed to respond and havent responded to us so we assumed it fixed.
i think the communication has broken down and this totally addressable. please email us
Stay away from this service they are predatory, they will not allow you to cancel and still charge your card. I am calling my bank today I hope they like chargebacks!

i just received your email, and although we would’ve issued a refund via normal forms of communication and didn’t need to go through other channels that harm our family owned businesses i have issued a refund. We are a small company and our aim is to best company for our customers. we really strive on feedback. neither less, you have been credited and we hope this shows that we “aren’t a horrible” company, our communications have just broken down…

Several reasons to stay away:
1. you can't manage your subscription via their dashboard, you need to contact a single person via email that takes days to respond to be able to cancel your subscription.
2. Products not as advertised, no such thing as FBA coach, storefront monitoring, wholesale, nothing works
3. products listing are VERY FEW, you'd expect a ton of products to be listed to invest in? Not with these guys, and a lot of them are gated as well

eStockFBA has been a game-changer for managing my Amazon inventory. Their platform is user friendly and makes the entire process effortless. The customer support is also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend them if you are getting into fba.
