The order came in the timeframe expected. Unfortunately, one of the bags was torn and the supplement was spilling out of the bags. However, once I notified customer service of my problem, they promplty resppnded and are sending me a replacement. Sometimes unfortunate things happen when purchasing online but the prompt customer service made the experience worthwhile.

I used to purchase my supplements from esupplements.com however discontinued as a result of their poor customer support process. During last transaction with them I ordered fat burning pills which I quickly attempted to cancel however could not. I quickly called their support number and the average wait time for me was 25- 30 minutes. By the time I got through to someone the order has shipped which I found hard to believe. They advised me to wait until I received the package, mark the package "return to sender" and once they received the package I would be credited. Well I did as instructed and the package continued to be sent back to me. They finally sent me a return label and they received the package. Well it takes 7-10 business days before I am credited. Needless to say a very archaic process which has take in total 3 weeks so far. I will never do business with this company again and neither should you!

I ordered through this company due to the fact they had a great deal on a product I wanted to order, the price from the main companies website and this website wasn't much, was about twelve usd total in price difference, but I wanted to save some money so I gave esupplements a shot. I hadn't heard of them before, and I failed to do my research on them beforehand. On February 24th I placed my order, it "shipped" on the 26th. Today, March 9th I have still not received the package and according to the tracking information is was "mis shipped" So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I wanted to see what others have said about this company. And apparently they all experienced the same crappy shipping problems. This cannot be coincidence, there is something fundamentally wrong with the logistics inside this company. I should have ordered from the more reputable company and spent the extra 12 bucks, I would have had my order a week and a half ago. When I called in to ask for a status update, after the "7th business" day of no delivery and was told I had to wait to place a lost order on the 8th day. So, on the 8th business day I filled a complaint with Paypal. Two days later they "Found" my package, as it was "Mis Shipped" by the USPS. Given, the USPS has made some silly mistakes before, but to say mis shipped after more than 10 shipping days, and I received packages from much farther away ordered after this in less time via the same service, I am drawn to conclude that this company doesn't deserve more than 1 star. Regardless of who is at fault, they took no proactive approach in communicating, or resolving the issue to make me feel assured they were on the case. BUYER BEWARE, they don't have good Customer Service or Relations. Their logistical team is obviously also a nightmare. If you can find your product elsewhere, buy it there instead.

I ordered two bags of Transparent Labs' Creatine HMB. They offered a BOGO with a free shaker for less than what it cost to get it direct from TL's site. Even with their 3 day shipping ($7.43), *TL has $7 shipping for 5-7 days*, I save about $5.
The order was placed on 1/14 (MLK Day). Even on a Federal Holiday, they had it processed and ready to ship out. Once my transaction went through, I immediately received a confirmation email with a tracking number. It was delivered on time and everything was there.
I don't how they are getting all these bad reviews. Maybe it was just luck, but everything worked out for me. Would purchase from them again.
Shipping is absolutely horrible and way over priced. Label was created on monday the 27th. On the 30th it is still in utah. It didnt reach salt lake city till the 29th which is 37 miles away from them. I shipped a 35 pound turbocharger thru UPS ground and it was $20. It went about the same distance in 3 days. They want 45 for 3 day shipping with my shipment weighing 17.5 pounds. I will be finding someone else to buy my protein drink from. There is no reason for this kind of shipping.

This was my first time ordering with esupplements. This review is for the company and not the product. I ordered on Oct 26th and received it Nov 4th. While not as fast as Prime, well within their projected timeframe. With the best prices around, I can handle the little delay in shipping. Just think ahead and you'll be just fine. I ordered some vitex Angus castus last week but sent an email regarding the worry I had over them as I had health issue in the past. I wanted to know that they were going to be the product they said they were and not some plain package that had no description on them. I was going to wait for a reply and if they could not provide the informatiin ask for a refund. But i had no reply from them and they arrived in a plain package with not even an invoice or nothing. I opened them to see what they look like and now I'm even more worried. I have wasted 16 pounds on nothing and could have saved my money . Really not one to ever complain but I just wanted reassurance and instead got nothing.
How long should i have to wait???? Ive been waitting over 4 weeks. And no imformation about delivery. And answer the email plz.

We ordered 4 sets of COMBO supplements and our first delivery was 1 set! Contacted them and they shipped out another 1 set! Not another 3 sets! I personally checked with them to confirm that they have sent out 3 sets before making arrangements to Singapore with my shipper and they said yes! Today after receiving my order of 2 sets in total over 2 deliveries, they said my order is complete because I have 4 bottles but it is 4 sets of COMBO so it should be 8 bottles! It has been the MOST UNPLEASANT experience. The customer service is unbelievable incompetent. No name given for any accountability whatsoever!

I have placed my first order with esupplements. I also placed another order with another supplement company on the same day. I wanted to see if esupplements shipping was going to be a problem according to so many reviewers here.
I am happy to report that I received my order FAST from esuppelements. I received the order from the other company as the same time. So shipping is NOT a problem with esupplements.
Esupplements pricing is better on so many products. I will definitely make sure to order again from esupplements.
I give esupplements a 5 star rating!

Ordered coconut oil supplement on Amazon. I'm in North Carolina and I received in three business days. Product was exactly as advertised. I would purchase from them again.
Ordered April 24. Said it was shipped on 25th, no shipping info provided. I have called 3 times to cancel order or to see where it is, all the ppl you speak to have no idea where it is. Now there website today says in process so now I don't know if it has been shipped. Just called my credit card company to dispute the charges and open a fraud case. Stay away from this company

My experience has been very good so far with this company. I recently ordered a supplement on 4/23/17. On their website it said that my order was shipped the next day on the 24th and by 5/1/17 I already had my order delivered, just as they said 5 to 7 days. I would've given this company 5 stars, but the only thing that I don't like is the fact that you're not provided with a tracking number to be able to track your package. Nowadays, any company no matter how small provides you with tracking information. This company having some of the best prices and the best brands around, should up their game and fix this little inconvenience. Other than that I'm very happy with the company and will continue to buy products from them again.

I'm writing another review to express how happy I am with this company. I wrote a review last week about how hesitant I was ordering from here but in the end it was worth every penny and I will order again. I explained how on my original order there was supposed to be a free shaker and it never came in but I wasn't worried about it I have a few of them. However I just got home today and there was a shaker along with a care package with multiple samples for me to try waiting at my door. I am beyond excited and will definitely be ordering from ESupplements from now on. Please note if you spend a lil money you can get the free shipping option and it will take about a week and a half to arrive so if your running low order sooner so it will arrive in time. Don't judge a book by its cover this place is legit and I wasn't paid to write this im always looking for better deals and came across this place and will continue to use it. Thank you so much ESupplements and I look forward to ordering again soon

I was a little worried ordering from this company at first because of the reviews, but the prices were too good to pass up. Although the tracking didn't work, I got my protein powder within a week as promised and at a great price. Will definitely order from here in the future!

I have been ordering from this web site for a long time and I didn't have problem so far. But today, i placed an order and it was unprocessed. And i called to customer service to ask help and i was ready to verify myself. However, they said because IP address doesn't match to billing that's why unprocessed. What a heck! I understand that they try to prevent from fraudulent but if i am ready to verify myself and address even social security but they said they can't process. I think it is strange. So they weren't helpful and it is disappointing. I emailed them to hope help from them. We will see. If they help with that i will write again.
