I had a level 2 survey carried out on a property I am purchasing. Billy was the surveyor and I wanted to say he was so helpful. I requested a call back as there were a few things on the report I didn’t understand, Billy called me back straight away pretty much and went through everything with me, he didn’t make me feel silly for asking the many questions I had, he was patient and explained everything with confidence leaving me feeling so much better about the report and what my next steps would need to be. The surveyor we had was very helpful,he told us things we didn’t know, but we were confused that he had a different house plan than what we have,His didn’t have the second section of the rear garden so we are confused, but he was really good and I will ring the solicitor in the morning to question that point , But all in all he was very helpful and we were very pleased with him and his help xx

Very happy with the service I received from start to end. The phone calls before and after the survey was very good and felt personal. And after I got the report I got another one to talk though if i had any questions from the report.
