Sent broken drive advertised as refurbished
I bought a refurbished drive from them, when it arrived i tried multiple machines, multiple cables and surmised the drive did not work. I sent an email to them to try and resolve this but as of just over a week later, i have no response from them

I'm sorry to hear that you were unaware of the customs processes for overseas orders. We do have information on our website and at the checkout explaining that there are no duties to be paid on goods shipped outside of the UK. We no longer charge UK VAT at the point of sale and this is now applied at the point of import at your local tax rate.
I can see you have already contacted our customer support team and they have explained this for you. If you are purchasing as a business you will be able to reclaim the VAT/Tax through your normal process.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reply to our customer support team and we will be happy to help. We are also able to provide an estimate of VAT/Tax before purchase if requested.

ETB were very helpful from the start. I was looking to upgrade my PC, which took 3 or 4 iterations and quotes before it was satisfactory. It was dispatched within 2 days of the order. On arrival with a little guidance from their technical team it was up and running. Exactly as ordered. Highly recommended.
