left my watch for repairs , they damaged the glass face of my watch , then said it was their repair guy . then said it was not they , then said that i must have done it. ... when I showed them the photo of my watch before I handed it in. they changed their turn oh we will get it fixed... as agreed with a witness... watch was handed in in December 2024, I still have not got it back. My watch is damaged and they still have not fixed what they had damaged .... called them where is my watch? oh We will have to send it in.... what you still have not set it in to get it fixed after agreeing to as you damaged it. no customer service, they nevre call you . you have to chase them to sort out what you paid for.

Been buying from Laurence and his team for 20 years. Nothing is too much trouble and Laurence recently listened carefully to my description of the bracelet I was looking for as a special surprise for my wife and although he didn’t have anything matching my description in his window, he found a picture in a brochure and went away and brought one back which was an amazing match to two other pieces we had bought from him previously. We shook on it there and then and I’m sure my wife will absolutely love it. Thank you for your kindness and support during this search too.

Sadly, I lost my wedding ring and after visiting all the different jewellers in Hatton garden I found “eternity jewels”. As soon as I walked in there I could feel the warmth of the staff and felt comfortable and relaxed. Oona, was incredibly helpful and such a friendly and approachable person. She really cares about the customers and that they get exactly what they are seeking rather than just giving the typical sales pitch! She spoke to the jeweller Laurence who took the time to come out to meet me personally and speak to me about what I was looking for in a replacement ring. They have a fantastic partnership from working together for so many years. He showed me lots of different designs and was wonderfully knowledgable. I left them with an idea of what I wanted design wise and they totally exceeded my expectations. The ring is absolutely beautiful and I can tell so much care and time went into creating it exactly as I’d asked. They really are wonderful and I highly recommend them.

Went to Hatton Garden with my wife last Saturday to pick an eternity ring and after looking in most shops went into Eternity, 106 Hatton Garden. Great staff and products bought the ring which was resized and posted special delivery and arrived perfect Tuesday morning as promised. Well worth a look. Thank you Eternity.
