Utterly appalling from start to finish
Utterly appalling from start to finish. The website looks like it was built in the 1980s; I ordered £300 worth of sleeves, which were marked as delivered by FedEx. I chased them and asked where the parcel was as it was not delivered. I learned from FedEx that it was mistakenly delivered to an Amazon warehouse. This was admitted IN WRITING by FedEx. AFTER it was lost, I received an invoice for customs charges. I escalated this to Euro Joe several times, who lied and said if I paid the customs charges, it would be delivered, even after I provided them evidence that it was lost. Now, lost parcels arent abnormal...But a company that fails to deliver a parcel to you and then lies by trying to get you to pay customs charges that they know they will have to pay now lost, rather than just replacing the products or providing a refund, is frankly disgusting! Even after I offered them all the evidence, they made me wait until the end of the PayPal dispute process. I would strongly advice people avoid this company at all costs as their customer service is borderline a scam.
