Poor customer support + Extremely late delivery
1. All their emails landed in my spam folder.
2. They dispatched the product through ParcelForce - poor tracking; no customer service; delivery guy rings the bell, and by the time you excuse yourself from a meeting and go answer - he's gone. Does not leave any card. Online status says left the parcel at local post office - does not state which one. They charge £1 to collect from post office.
3. Trying redelivery. Let's see how it goes. So far, it's been over 2 weeks since the order, and the saga goes on.
4. Euro Poppers have taken their money, and washed their hands off saying now it's between you and ParcelForce.

I believe we were on the phone together about this issue, and I never said we washed our hands off ;)
I told you you should contact Parcel Force to know which post office your package was in because we have absolutely no way to find out on our end. We don't have access to their tools so if the name is not on the tracking link, you have to contact them because they probably have the information in their system.
Of course, if you cannot retrieve the parcel, we can attempt a new delivery with DPD at our expense, but I didn't have the chance to explain, you were obviously disappointed by my answer about the post office and hanging up.
I'd rather be honest about an information I don't have instead of making you believe I can help in this particular case, and you won't have a solution.
I regret there was a misunderstanding. We send 40 to 50 packages to the UK everyday, we're very used to this destination.
I see on your tracking link the parcel is out for delivery so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Good product but the lids are so poor that they are designed to leak .this delivery 2 were already leaking before I had opened them and the last shipment was the same .so orderbmore than you need as 20%leak .other than that it's a good popper

Sadly, the product nature itself makes it delicate to carry.
If the delivery person is shaking your parcel during transit, gas can push up the lids and leaks may happen.
We always ask our customers to send pictures of the damages or the missing liquid in the bottle (by placing a light through the bottle for example), so we can offer replacements :)

Bottles always leak
I have no problem with the quality or value of your products however every order I have ever placed with you the package has arrived and when opened reeks of poppers because one or other of the bottles is leaking.
Come on guys we can put men on the moon but still you can’t design a poppers bottle that doesn’t leak. Unacceptable.
