Items not delivered, no response from customer services
Ordered two items from them last month. Since then I've had no updates, the items haven't been delivered, and despite attempting to contact by both email and phone, have had no reply from Euro Car Parts. I'll give it another day or two, but if they continue not to reply I think my only option will be to do a chargeback through my credit card.

Scunthorpe branch
Scunthorpe branch. Poor young man at the front desk having to deal with a queue of 7 people, with staff in the back office drinking coffee and doing naff all. Appalling customer service. I would suggest that management get the cctv footage from Saturday 4th July 2026 between 1.30pm and 1.50pm and review working practices.

(These things happen) phoned next day they found item , and said they would bring it out to me , within 10 mins a lovely young lady (lottie ) arrived with item , what a fantastic service and very pleasent too.
