I would highly recommend EuroDataCom. We have worked with them for a number of years now and they have always been very responsive and helpful. Last year we moved our phone system across to them and they implemented the Nfon VOIP system which went well and we are pleased with the functionality we now have with this. We regularly deal with Dean and Tony who are very reliable and professional and provide a great service to us.

We migrated all of our voice and data from BT Local Business to EuroDataCom over a period of 12 months. A decision I personally have not regretted.
Lower operating costs, more flexible system and most importantly of all backed up with very good customer service, consistently.
You do not need a Phd in mathematics to understand the invoices either.
We have been with EuroDataCom for several years now and it is a pleasure to write the review for them - well deserved.

From the outset I was impressed by the level of service Eurodatacom provided. In particular Rob Bacon, he listened to my requirements and advised me towards the best solution. He is always contactable should we have any questions or requests, no matter how small or daft our question, Rob constantly gives outstanding customer service.
We did have issues, out of Eurodatacoms control, to begin with and the technical team sent an engineer, Tony Speller to help us resolve these. He was polite, professional and kept his cool in spite of the frustrations he must have felt trying to rectify the problem.
In a nut shell, you will be hard pushed to find a telecoms solutions team, better than Eurodatacom.
