The service was prompt and the order correct, with the item being as described on the website and exactly what we needed at the price we were willing to pay. The website gave two VAT amounts, one where the cost of the item was given and a higher one at the checkout. I queried this, but have not had any response. The delivery charge was quite high.

Regards the delivery fee, this is £5.95 for all consumer orders. I will feedback to the web team to see how we can make this clearer online however this fee is stated in the delivery info FAQs.
