Smooth, Seamless, Efficient and helpful
Planning helps, but I dropped in to C - The World at Bath on my way home from Bristol airport.
I was very early, but they accommodated me in with little waiting.
The staff and process was very efficient - so much so that I recommended them to my daughter to use on her forthcoming return.
The question has to be asked though . . . . . . how can Eurofins justify a £6. 10 INCREASE in price over the course of one week.

I paid £38 to use a travel agent…
I paid £38 to use a travel agent service to process my test. It’s more expensive than doing the postal version but made it easier to manage. The travel agent in Bath made the process simple and was a good service.

What a smooth pain free experience
What a smooth pain free experience! Had our test at our local agents here in Bath.. who may I add were amazing! Made us feel comfortable with there cleanliness and organisation on site. Julie at C The World was fabulous and have us every confidence in the test and get the results back on getting the results back in time. I was so nervous after reading reviews but glad I went with my gut and gave Eurofins a chance. Had the test abs results back within 24 hours. Thank you!
