First Class service, I bought a boot lid spoiler for my Jaguar XF and it arrived today, it’s like brand new although it’s a used one, absolutely delighted with my purchase and the service I received from them, well packaged, so no damage whatsoever, received two days after purchase

A pleasure dealing with these guys and the whole team at Eurojag, they always go the extra mile, there was a problem with my last delivery, but they kept me fully informed of progress, even threw in a couple of FOC parts to help out

I just recently had new tyres put on my jaguar at national tyres in Watford. They used the air gun to do up my locking will nuts and busted the locking wheel nut so I could not use it. This was on Saturday 31st may I explained to them that I am currently working away and it’s in the north east national tyres did not care. When I was on site working I was told by a gentleman to give euro jag a try as he has a similar issue with his jaguar xf. So I called them on Wednesday 4th in the morning and explained what had happened and they said they could potentially have a locking key there, to help remove the locking wheel nuts but I would have to go to them to make sure it’s the right one. So I went there at 16.10 and they managed to make a locking wheel nut to take off the locking nuts and replaced them with normal nuts to get me out of trouble. These guys were so genuine and generous they did not charge me anything for there time in helping me. All they said was to use them in future and good by. I was so pleased with the guys there they are truly amazing will defo go back in future with anything to do with my jaguar. Excellent service and amazing company thank you so much for you help 👍🏻

I have just come off of the telephone speaking to and, ordering a part from them. What a wonderful experience reminiscent of years gone by. No delay waiting on the 'phone, no talking to a robot, no press button choices. Then there was the service. A cheerful human, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient and I paid happy in the knowledge that I would get it the next day as promised.

I put the 'phone down in a daze of contentment. These guys ought to run courses for companies as to how to run a business. By the way, this is not the first purchase from them.

Required an AC high pressure hose fitting for my XJ8 X350. Part C2C9316 no longer made by Jaguar and as rare as hens teeth to find new or used. Initial part supplied turned out to be wrong one, however was swiftly replaced with correct one. First class customer service and my thanks especially to Jack who ultimately saved the day.

Ordered a suspension strut and coil spring for my xf Jag. Delivered next day unbelievable service.

I rang Eurojag and spoke to a lovely man called Dave. His voice was so calm and relaxing. He talked me through everything i needed to know. My delivery was well packaged.

I rang Eurojag to ask if they had a powerfold mirror on Friday 2nd Sept was told to ring back in ten minutes which I did and yes they had one in stock ,brilliant ! it was delivered the next day Saturday 3rd Sept ,very well packaged and for a fair price. I can 100% recommend this company very pleasant and helpful on the phone they will always be my first port of call in the future, thank you.

Unfortunately I cant recomend purchasing from this company. What started out as a decent experience with Eurojag has turned rather the opposite.

I had purchased new suspension arms for my XF. I was assured these were as good as OE. Sadly the quality is not good and the bushings in the arms have failed after less than 13 months from being fitted and covering 16000 miles.

Around 60% of my journeys are motorway with the majority of the remainder being on good A roads. The fact that any part would only last this long is shocking but suggests the company is happy to sell inferior products.

The main issue is the customer service - a series of polite emails were sent over a fortnight, however I did not receive a single reply. I eventually called and got to speak to one of their team who told me that there was a 12 month warranty and that had passed, no consideration to what the issues were with the arm and no suggestion of good will in relation to it.

It is pretty disappointing that you would buy parts from a supposed specialist only to receive low quality parts.

Also, Originally I had bought used shocks from them, the one which I intended to use had a bad leak, the company did send a replacement which was better and fit for use. I still have the other shock unfitted so can't comment on condition.

I have aged s type which mechanic managed to break a connector to the manifold - they told the trouble to find and supplied to me free of charge. What brilliant service - so rare nowadays!!

Great service and really helpful. Immediately understood and then double checked the part I needed. Very quick, next day, delivery at a good price for the part and delivery.

Great company keeping my Jaguar sovereign looking great can't praise them enough helpful polite and a next day delivery if you order early enough
