This company has ONE business model, rip off people
This company has ONE business model, they sent a contractor to me and told me what I already knew.
I had the canon error code B800, that cost me £144. This company will only take your money and send fishy emails, to cover their back to rip any customer off, who uses their services.
When code B800 on a Pixma Pro1 is displayed 90% of the time it means the ink supply unit (motor) is faulty, they should have known this anyway without having to send someone round. The service man turned up with no spare, and simply switched the computer off and on again, counted the sequences of the printer lights, opened the side panels and told me YES its B800 (which i already told them).
2 Days later I went to a proper Canon repair center (CRC-Tasktron in Woking) the engineer opened the printer confirmed that the ink supply unit motor is defect, changed it, and it cost me £90 including all the spare parts. Problem solved. BEST service I ever had.
Just mad with me that I phoned the rip off company Euroland Computer, should smelled the rat in the beginning.
BUT Euroland Computer Ketan Joshi (Middlesex, HA3 8QS) only is after money and provide NO SERVICE for a lot of money.
Looking at their account at companies house, he is the only employee (Director) and has a negativ balance sheet, of course he needs to rob people to fill his holes.
