This is in reply to the response from Euronet Motors now having made false representations of facts to the truth about a sale they claim to know nothing about having checked their databases?? Really...nothing sold in Leicestershire within the last nine months for around the £4000.00 mark to anyone.
Funny that isnt it... The van that you did not sell to me is pictured in your previously sold section. Keep going that hole is getting bigger and bigger. Just edging a bet that you take the photo down now.
A White Citreon Berlingo Van regsitration AD12AFO sold by Sam on the 30th June 2017.
Sold with an new MOT certificate (with no advisories so appeared to be clean) issued by Autotech Euro Ltd, Robinson Road Leicester LE5 4NS dated 29th June 2017 expiry date 28th June 2018.
I recently had cause to have a full service done amongst other things. I have never thankfully needed to use the spare wheel since the purchase and was told in the written service report that upon inspection the spare wheel/tyre was not fit for purpose and if used could cause a blow out. So my question is how could this vehicle have passed the MOT as this would have been an immediate fail??? thus now bringing the Mot certificate and its credibility into question alongside all the other issues this vehicle has had from purchase. Question 2 isn't this an illegal act issuing dodgey MOT certificates.
The full cost to me putting this vehicle right has been around £1000 and
I would urge anyone thinking of buying from this dealer to walk away!!! or have the vehicle checked over by an independent mechanic before parting with any cash and do not forget that 1 year warranty minimum.
Oh and do not rush into writing a review about this dealer until at least 6 months have lapsed with your purchase has he will keep firing emails off to you to do so.
I noted you mentioned a phone call would have been nice. All I will say to that is it is now clear that would have been a waste of time as you have just denied any knowledge of even selling the vehicle to me, so really what chance do I think that you would have made good on this, it would have been nice to be sold something that is safe and road worthy and worth the cash paid for it.
Yes you do advertise on your website warranties but you would not give me one for this purchase and I wonder what B***S*** you are going to come up with now to reply to this.
I have shared my experience with the Great British Public and shall let them decide for themselves!!!
