Scam and taking advantage of customers.

Scam and taking advantage of customers.
Parkin in petrol Station is monitored by them. I put petrol and stayes for few calls and I got a £90 penalty. There was no signal visible and the office near the station was permanently closed so not sure why the business is still active. Of course appealing the penalty is declined, how else would they make money out of people. And of course I had to pay othwrwise my credit check will be impacted. Result = businesses even scam ones win, us customers and regular people pay for these scammers to increase their pockets. Law is not fair but... when is if you do not have lot of money?

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE.
Because of a slightly delayed flight we missed the 11pm cut off time. Nowhere in the documentation I signed did he mention a £30 charge for this, on a booking which was only £70 for the week.
Spoke to customer service who were extremely rude and insisted on payment in cash, which is dodgy in itself. I needed my car so paid the £30 but not until I have evidence of paying it via PayPal.
Do not use these people, total crooks and even the driver said how awful they were to work for.

Used my car as a taxi! Avoid!

I am a frequent flyer and have used Euro Parking also known as Parking Force many times over some years. They used to be good, but gradually the service has gone down so you now wait 20 - 30 mins to get your car back when you land. My most recent experience was however on a different scale abuse of customer trust.

I had a 2-day trip to returning 6 February to terminal 5. I was a little upset when I had to wait 25 minutes for my car, and the driver seemed a little agitated when he turned up. My car (a Land Rover) is fitted with a tracker, and an app records every journey, and you can see the route on a map, as well as the start / end time, average speed etc. When I looked at this app, I saw to my horror that in addition to the trip to bring my car to me, it had also made three journeys that day in the 3 to 4 hours before my plane landed and before I had even called them. Not long journeys (3 - 4 miles each). I also have a dashcam in the car, and so I pulled the footage. It was clear from this that my car had been used to pick up and drop off other people. I do not know if these were employees or paying customers.

Worse was to come. During one of the trips when the driver was on his own, the driver was having a furious row on the telephone with a lady he had clearly had been in a relationship with, and was now in the family way, and was furious that the driver was apparently dumpling her. The sound was picked up by the dashcam, and the language during the call was obscene and abusive, and this was going on while he was driving my car!

I sent an email of complaint to both Euro Parking and Parking Force, and have sent three chasers, but the company has just not responded, even with an apology.

Avoid this company unless you do not mind your car being used as a taxi while you are away.

Euro Parking Heathrow - Avoid

I made a serious complaint about the appalling meet & greet service my wife and I experienced on our return to UK on 29 Dec from the USA.

Our flight from Chicago arrived 30 mins early at 0645 on Saturday morning 29 December. I had a call from the duty controller when I was at passport control around 7.30, I told him I was on the way to baggage reclaim and I would call once I had retrieved my baggage. Unfortunately some of the baggage did not make it onto the flight and ours was missing, so I called just after 8 am to say our baggage had been lost so we were on our way to the meet and greet area at T5. The controller said our car was in the meet and greet area but the key was not and he would get the key to us but we should wait in the terminal and he would call when the car was ready. I waited for about 15 mins and thought it would not be long so we made our way to level 4 meet and greet area and I called again to say we were now there waiting and my wife is disabled in a wheelchair and asked when the driver would be there. The response I got was outrageous, he told me that I should have remained in the Terminal until he called and that the fact that our luggage had been lost was not his fault (apart from telling him in the earlier conversation about the airline losing our luggage, I had not mentioned it). I asked how long we would have to wait and he said he did not know and would call me when the driver with the key was there. That call never came. His attitude was appalling and would give no indication of when we would be met.
I rang again at 8.30 and 8.45 and told him that we had just returned from a long journey and we were tired and needed to get home and on each occasion, he was rude and unhelpful telling me I was not the only customer he had to deal with, he told me to stop ringing him and he would call me when the key for my car was there. I told him that I would be complaining about his terrible attitude, to which he responded, carry on I have better things to do.
By 9.00 the other meet and greet teams in the area were showing much concern that we had been left waiting for so long and a senior member of the team called your controller to express concern and was told the key was on the way, again he was not given a time as when it was likely to arrive.
The promised call from this controller to me never happened and the key eventually arrived with a driver at 9.30 an hour and a half after my call from baggage reclaim to say we were ready. The time on the ticket showed that our car had been there since 07:48.

I cannot believe that myself and my disabled wife could be treated in such a dreadful way, the whole team of meet & greeters there could not believe that we had been left there for so long.

I complained to Euro Parking (also known as Parking force) by email and have sent 2 hastener which they have completely ignored.
Steer clear of this lot.

Euro Parking Heathrow - April 2018

Have just used Euro Parking (April 2018) efficient pick up and drop off as agreed within 20 minutes of clearing customs. Spent a long time searching and reading reviews given the poor press of late regarding airport parking services. A web site that actually gave full contact details...... Would have no hesitation in recommending them... genuine review...

Excellent Service

Used this company a couple of times, the most recent being 13th-29th Oct 2016. Each time the service has been faultless, good prices, staff friendly and never more than a 5 min wait. Car only travelled 7 miles from drop off at Heathrow T4 to it being delivered back to the terminal at the end of our holiday. Would definitely use again.

Great service, fab price

Used to his company Tueday 22nd March from terminal 2. Followed easy instructions to the meet & greet zone and after a short wait, car collected. No hassle, no problems. Called on my return and after about 10 minutes, car was delivered. Great service and a lot cheaper than the rest. Can highly recommend this company.

Avoid this company unless you want a long wait for the return of your car

On our return from an on-time transatlantic flight we were among a group of four or five parties waiting for our cars at Terminal 3. Phone calls were often met by a recorded message, and assurances given when a person actually answered were lies. There is no seating either indoors or outdoors at the Meet and Greet station in the car park, where we were obliged to wait an hour and a quarter, our car finally being delivered at 23:15. An appalling experience.

so easy and very reasonably priced

this was the cheapest parking I found after a quick internet search and yet one of the simplest. They meet you in the short stay carpark and bring the car park. On each occasion we were barely five minutes waiting. Excellent option!

excellent service

It was really great to reach at the drop point so close to the terminal where you can hand over your car and walk to the terminal. It saves so much of your time. Same while coming back, as you come out of the terminal your car is ready for you just at the pickup point. There is no hastle of parking and then waiting for a shuttle to reach the terminal and coming back to parking by a shuttle on return. The prices are also comparable. I will strongly recommend euro parking to everyone.

My first choice

Having tried a number of different parking providers at Heathrow, I now only use Euro Parking. They are always courteous. They turn up on time. They are professional and friendly. The car comes back in a good state. They are good value. Much the best option for me.

Excellent service

The service was excellent both for delivery of our car and collection. They were waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow and on our return I had actually not changed the time of arrival and we arrived back 4 hours earlier than I had put down, this didn't seem to cause a problem we didn't even have time to get a coffee before I had a phone call to say they were waiting outside for us.
Will definately use this company again. Thank you wonderful service.

Why didn't I know about your service before?

I have been flying around the world for the last 40 years and last April was the first time I came across your company and used your meet and greet service. It was brilliant. When I arrived at Terminal 1, a little before the stated time, your driver was there and waiting for me. There was a very quick and efficient hand over and then I was on my way to check in for my flight.

On my return to the UK, I'm afraid I didn't do as you suggest and call the company as soon as I landed. I wasn't sure how long it would take to pass through immigration so I didn't call until I had picked up my bags. Even so your driver returned my car well within 15 minutes. That was such good service that I have booked your meet and greet service again in June.

I just have one very small point - you advise calling half an hour before reaching the airport. That is a little difficult if you are a single driver, without a hands-free mobile phone and travelling on the M25 from the A1 where there is nowhere to stop! Maybe you could adjust your literature to take that into account.

Great Service (says it all)

Euro Parking delivered. The service was efficient, on time and friendly. The charges very competitive - cheaper than most other meet and greet companies. Would certainly use them again.
