Incorrect information on website, very poor customer service

Ordered vacuum cleaner bags that the site indicated were suitable for the model of vacuum cleaner that I have (Sorma 510). The bags ended up not fitting. After a very frustrating experience dealing with 5 different customer service agents of limited intelligence I finally got someone who understood the very simple issue and was willing to help. He acknowledged that the info on the site was incorrect but stated that, to get my money back I'd have to get the product back to them at my own cost.

To this day the site has not been fixed and still shows incorrect information. I'd discourage anyone from ordering stuff here. You may be lucky and get what you need, but if you need any service you'll be very frustrated.

Wat vervelend dat je een verkeerd artikel hebt ontvangen. Er kunnen inderdaad problemen geweest zijn met onze e-mailserver. Indien je ons als contact opslaat in je mailaccount dan ontstaan deze problemen niet. Helaas kunnen wij hier zelf niks aan veranderen. Wij zijn doordeweeks van 08.15 – 16.30 uur en van 19.00 – 21.00 telefonisch bereikbaar. Indien wij aangeven dat het verkeerd op onze website staat vermeld dan vragen wij jou niet deze op eigen kosten te retourneren, wij zoeken dan altijd een passende oplossing voor je.
Helaas is het opgegeven e-mail adres niet juist en kan ik het niet nakijken.

Great customer service, will buy here again!

Ordered two of the same part, they came in good time and were exactly the right parts. One was brilliant white and one was cream. They immediately sent a third part, no questions, no fuss, no comments. I was amazed by their efficient, no hassle customer service. Trust is everything when you are shopping online. I will definitely buy from these people again. Thank you.

Please don't order any thing from they…

Please don't order any thing from they website they never give you correct parts plus this time around they didn't bother putting dashboard cleaner that I ordered I thought no problem it's covid so I waited 7 weeks later. emailed no reply called put phone down so I just left it at that lost 3.75 so please be careful for big orders...

Wrong part, still waiting for refund, rude and useless

There will be times that Europart is the only source for that hard to find part... that should be the only time you risk using them.
I ordered a replacement component, only to find it had been falsely advertised as fitting my appliance (something very obvious to the eye, but not Europart). I had used the 'pick up' option, so their incompetence meant a second trip across town to return the product.
1 month later, still no refund; customer service responded to my enquiry with a brief "we haven't received it yet from the pickp location", no apology, no suggestion of chasing.... just another company and its distributors who like to see themselves as separate despite the same branding and the irrelevance in the eye of their customer.

Faster than a speeding bullet

I love europart.nl !
Last Sunday, around midnight, I ordered a couple of parts for my dishwasher. Early Monday morning I got a mail that informed me the package was ready for shipment and the day after I had it in my hands and was able to repair the dishwasher with perfectly fitting parts. Service A OK!
There's only one thing that could be improved : more free payment methods. But as the costs for the mainstream payment methods are acceptable I wouldn't think it's worth a star.

I'll be back for more for sure, Europart.
