I was a little skeptical about ordering online from a company I did not know; the price was a good 10% cheaper than I could find it elsewhere for a Garmin Soft Strap HRM. Having emailed with a few questions about it being a genuine Garmin item and being warranty covered, I received a very polite and informative email, reassuring me of all my questions. Ordered placed and item received in a couple of days with very regular tracking updates. Item is exactly as described, price was really good and communication polite, professional and spot-on.
I would certainly use them again.
