I got a call from something called Financial 101, and said that I've signed up to get more information about their services. I have no memory of me signing up for anything, nor have I any interest in online trading.
I specifically requested that they delete ANY information/contact information they have about me so that I do not get called again. The woman in the other end then said that her only job was to connect me to a "Market Specialist" and she could do nothing about them having my contact information. (As any company operating in accordance with GDPR you have an obligation to adhere to any request of deleting personal information.)
She got frustrated that I didn't fall for whatever scam their trying to sell me and just hung up the phone.
This is not something that a legitimate business would do. Only what a scam company would do.
Avoid any involvement with these people.

this company - Europe FX seems to be using the same tactics as other companies in their stable of dodgy companies by using extremely misleading advertisements so to get prospective clients to input contact details with the promise of easy money and some vulnerable clients will hand over cr card details with the promise of quick and easy money, a lot if not all of the positive reviews are from staff members

I would give this company a zero if I could. I invested and then decided to change my mind. They took the money from my credit card and are refusing to revert the payment regardless of my repeated requests claiming that they can’t which I’m assured by my card issuer is untrue. They want more bank details which on advice I am refusing to do. I have been hassled by numerous phone calls from people purporting to represent them, many of whom have stated my investment amount to be different from what it actually is. One purported representative wanted access to my computer screen. All the hallmarks of a scam - BEWARE
Update - the morning after writing this review, I got direct emails promising to repay the credit card but with no explanation of where they got the details having previously been told by a rep that the details had been deleted. I had tried using the website but with no success as the website asked for bank details yet again. I will await developments.
Update #2 - money has been returned. However I am not altering my review status of EuropeFX. My opinion is that my money has only been returned due to the dealings through TrustPilot to whom I am grateful.

By my opinion: professionally trained scammers!!!!!
Be very careful with this company!! Especially if you are new in the field. I can label them as professionally trained scammers. I have been able to experience they "service". You are good to them until they ask you to deposit money and you do so. Once you stop depositing money you are not important for them. No broker can ask you to deposit even a penny!! Keep it in mind. If they start to do so it is a clear sign that you are dealing with scam. If some broker ask for it, leave them immediately.
They should have recording for every call but these recordings can be lost. They miraculously can recover some recordings which might be useless to you. I am even sure they do not record every phone call. I highly recommend if you talk to them use common sense and record your calls with them. It can be very useful to use these recordings for yourself just to support your case. ;)

I was in the process of signing up with Europefx aka Bitcoinera. They were phoning and emailing me for 2 or 3 days. In fact still are emailing. I changed my mind and emailed saying so, having already transferred money to them. They do not reply, they have my money so job done. DO NOT BE CONNED they are very good at it. Got off to a really good start
Got off to a really good start. Been with the company approximately 6-8 weeks. Admittedly I was over cautious due to negative experiences in the past. Nice account manager and I accept made a nice profit 1 -2 weeks ago. However since the FCA no longer authorise work with UK residents my relationship with my account manager has come to an abrupt end. Ive not been contacted since. It was nice whilst it lasted. Feeling a little disappointed!

This company are the worst ive ever…
This company are the worst ive ever dealt with, id call them scammers but its more harassment, CONSTANT HARASSMENT.
I decided to trade some 2 years ago, and after a while, it wasn't for me so I withdrew my lodgement. a BARRAGE of calls and demands to know why I was closing my account followed, I ignored them and they went away, until 2 months ago and they're back, calls, 2,3 or 4 times a day, why are you not trading, "I DONT WANT TO" obviously wasn't a good enough answer when i said I don't want to talk to you, he replied and i state "do you not like the sound of my voice" like what the actual f......!! ive reported them to Data protection commissioner as its impossible to close the account unless you follow instructions "from a desktop" which i dont have, and then go on to state that they was no harassment which they claim i consented to due to my opt-in and even after complaints etc i still cant find the opt out button. id advise to stay well clear and go to a trading like tastytrade which im with a while and no such harassment.

They divulge your personal data
Signed up out of curiosity. "Aggressive" onboarding process via the phone, literally seconds after I submitted my registration on their website. I made my initial deposit and DID NOT start trading yet as I wanted to discuss with my family. We collectively decided to stick to regular investments backed by REAL companies and not Bitcoins. I asked them to close my account immediately, delete my personal data and refund my full deposit. It took them DAYS to process this as they asked me for a lot of personal information including copy of my passport, bank statement etc. They did NOT give me ALL my money back but retained £25 as some sort of commission - which does not make sense since there was no gain made through their company on that initial money, it was just a deposit which was never invested/traded. I am not able to access my account anymore which is good, so they have probably deleted it as I requested. However, I am pretty sure they divulged my personal data to other companies in a similar trade since I keep on getting annoying phone calls from other similar businesses. When I say I never requested their services they say "oh you must have clicked on some advert" - which I have not, since I am not that dumb and know exactly what I am doing on the internet. Be careful with them, it smelled fishy from the beginning and I should have trusted my instincts. Please don't make my same mistake.

I answered to a Canadian weed investment ad on YouTube and as soon as I pressed submit on my details to sign up, I received a call to invest in bitcoin... FIRST red flag. The lady on the call was aggressively trying to speed me up in completing my application... SECOND red flag. I was advised to complete the application right then and there with her, I said I'd like to do it in my own time, there is no rush on my side, but was a definite rush on theirs, as if they didn't want me to think further into the matter... THIRD red flag. I didn't answer her call back, instead, I've opted to complete the application myself and found that they ask for your passport information.... FORTH red flag. So, I do what I always do when I'm unsure, log into trustpilot and read the reviews. There's 50% odd 5 star reviews and 25% odd 1 star reviews.... FIFTH red flag.

1. We work with a variety of 3rd party affiliates and therefore various links will exist that will ultimately provide information on trading. Should there be any misleading links, we urge our clients to provide us with this information so that we can investigate further.
2. Once you have provided your contact details, you are contacted by an agent so that they can assist you further with your application, with no obligations. Of course you have acted correctly in advising that you wish to take your time in researching first before completing and we apologize if the agent seemed to have tried to rush you.
3. Just like all financial firms, we follow the rules of our regulators with extreme strict measures. All clients must be able to provide us with KYC documents if required, clients have the option to skip that step and if KYC documents would have been required, we would have advised accordingly.
4. Unfortunately we cannot comment on the logic behind the reviews you have claimed.
5. We never have and never will share our clients information to any 3rd party company or competitor and there is absolutely no evidence to back the statement made.

They are salesmen on a mission however, they are educational in their persuit. They are punctual and polite but I’m never clear of the ultimate end game. Saying that I’m not sure they ever align their process with the client goal. Ultimately it has to be about personal accountability, their process is addictive, like any addiction it needs us as adults to manage.
