I was very wary at first as I had never done anything like this before. I was contacted quite quickly after applying by Sara who guided me through the MetaTrader 4. I had never seen anything like this and was quite intrigued. Sara was very patient with me and I hadn’t invested very much but with her guidance soon made a profit which gave me the confidence to invest a little bit more.
The world situation as it is with covid 19 has put the market on hold for the moment but I still get calls from Sara Martinovic which I quite look forward to as she is always Positive and friendly as is Michaelas who guides me on a weekly basis.
I am getting on in years and sometimes get confused with the technology used by trading but I am picking it up slowly.
I have no regrets by joining this company.

I opened an account 3 days ago. was contacted by a guy who stated i would receive a call from a broker within 20 mins and did so. We were on a call fro nearly an hour and all she wanted was for me to invest more money. she started with wanting £10,000, said no. then $4000, said no then £2500, still said no. she then asked why i wasn't prepared to put more money in. thats not her call thats my business. once i got through to her that i wasn't prepared to invest a vast amount she didn't want to know. anyways, told me all i could do was use CFD's and it was risky. i used the demo platform then decided it wasn't for me. on withdrawing my money original amount, £200, I was charged £25. so in summary, they wanted you to invest more, didn't want to know if you didn't want to then charge you £25 for EVERY withdraw you make. the film " Boiler room " comes to mind. steer clear of this company.

Now iv read there answer,s &still the best they say is check our website, I was bombarded with high pressure selling, explained that i was not interested, then I get a call from there so called head nicholas p,now he is smooth, "its just taking money from one pocket to another "he didnt say that every time you do it you will be charged £25!! &there platform closed my currency trade with a £120loss ,I didnt close it. By monday morning it would have been in profit, all im saying is be very careful, they took a disability payment which i repeatedly told nicholas, but he didnt care, &when the money cleared, I heard a big chear in the room!!!reminded me of the traders place on "wolf of wall street "film,&they only show positive feedback from new customers that hadn't tried to withdraw????any one they didnt like, was blanked out,

The position that was closed suffered what we called a stop out. A stop out level in Forex is a specific point at which all of a trader's active positions are closed automatically, because of a decrease in the margin levels, meaning that the positions can no longer be supported.
As we have already mentioned, our fees are available for all clients on our website. Before opening an account and trading with us, all clients have the full option to browse our site and familiarize themselves with our products and services.
If you have had any issues or concerns regarding your account, we urge that you speak to us first and we can help solve any problems you may have by simply calling us or contacting our support department.

I think all the staff I was dealing with is very friendle,supportive and helful,though there is something and its that when I was introduce to Europe Fx I was reassure I wdnt have to do anything,all of it was very simple,but its not that simple and i do have to do something and its not small task for me,to figure out and understand by all numbers and diagrams how its the market,where should i invest,how much and how much im allow for the money that i have,now knowing i have no experience at all everything its very difficult yo understand and work on it.

We review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours and once processed, you will receive an automated email confirming this. We process refunds using the same method as your original deposit.
Credit card transactions usually take up to 48 hours once processed, while bank wires can take up to 10 business days.
In most cases, such as yours and due to Anti-Money laundering laws, we are required to receive certain documents from our clients before we can proceed with the withdrawal.

I have just been tricked by this…
I have just been tricked by this company.. DO NOT ! I REPEAT DO NOT ! PART WITH ANY MONEY.
You will be conned into paying out money only to lose it and then be asked for more to try and regain your losses.
I am currently battling to get my money back from these chancers.
The broker was supposed to be guiding me but instead lost me money and didnt’t advise me correctly.

Let me warn you about these sharks. Please DO NOT use your hard earned cash on this platform. Total SCAM!!! This is NO investment but pure & Simple gambling. COMPLETELY IGNORE the polite and already made up comment below it doesn't reflect who they are and how they operate. They don't care about people one bit they will confuse you with a lot of psychological BS and before you know it you'll be taken to the payment page. They will convaince you to invest with sweet talks and will continually be applying pressure for you to add more money to the account acting like if it's not in the thousands you won't be able to trade on anything interesting... They will advise you on what to do but when you'll be losing your money you will be on your own because their advice are no advice at all...It only counts as advice when you're making money. They'll charge you commission and loads of other bits on the side that no one will bother telling you about. Not forward at all... They will pressure you constantly about the money and investing more even when you're clearly not ready or tell them you don't have anymore freaking money! Their margins are extremely high and they are making money when you're bleeding out thousands. When you win they win and when you lose they win!!! Take it from someone who has already lost £3700 of my own grand total lost on there in a week about £6700. I was actually doing ok before I was pressured to invest more on stuff I didn't even want to invest in " We are here to make money"...I WAS MOCKED when I lost my money and was told by my advisor that he had clients who had lost £250,000 and £60,000 today so I guess he couldn't give 2 craps about my £4000. Once they have your money they won't give a single crap about you. Their office is a night club... If you're in profit take you money and run away. If you're losing money close as soon as you can and take what's left. They're lovely people for sure but on this platform they are here to clean you out.
Also if you are totally knew to this, the system is very unclear the info are written very small. If you have made multiple transactions it would be extremely hard to know which ones you need to act on especially when you're under pressure because all of the info are mixed up and the dates are not clear on there, thus making it super easy for you to make mistakes...
I know a lot of us are going through some difficult financial times and this may look tempting but please don't do it! You'll end up with a lot more than what you bargained for...
Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

Jason Statham Scam
The number one reason you should treat this company as a scam is from the Jason Statham ads they put out on various social media platforms. The ads claim Jason Statham (Fast and Furious, The Mechanic, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Crank etc) gave an interview on BBC and the very popular Graham Norton Show describing the main way he makes all his money...from Bitcoin investments. The ads direct you towards this company...EuropeFX. There's also some BS story about a journalist for a mainstream paper, down on hard times and decided to give it a go because they were offering £250 free signup bonus. Sign up at your own peril, I mean if they give you £250 for nothing then do it...invest see if you can make any money, pay them their money back and run. But you'll also note the Risk Disclaimer states with this company 85% of retail investors lose money.
Stupidly I did no research and for a second due to a total lapse of intelligence was sucked into the scam...totally unlike me as an ex-IT professional!
If you haven't got the message by now, simply go to moneysupermarket and find a broker that way. Go with the people that find the best for a living.

Very pushy in trying to obtain your money and invest massive amounts, customer service is lacking and reminds me of the Wolf of Wall Street!
I would recommend people think very careful as trying to get your money back is very difficult with agents basically calling you scared for withdrawing, mocking you and then hanging up!
