Just WOW!

Just received a call from one of their reps - 'Colby', was his name - who started off by telling me he wasn't a Forex broker at all but was 'in fact' an accountant and that his sole purpose was to ensure I "had signed up with an FCA" regulated broker", which he - he reiterated - was not.
After 10m of arguing with this dude who could not explain the actual point of his call, he proceeded to inform me that I'd received login details from his company "weeks ago" but that I had not acted on it (another lie) and said this as if I was duty bound to have done so.
He then proceeded to corral me into clicking on the link in the email he'd sent only minutes before in the hope that I would sign up.
Believing his mission accomplished, he must've been so moist with the idea of me signing that he'd forgotten his initial lies, stating that it was imperative that I "do this [sign up] with him" as if he were talking to a 3-year old. In the end I had to put the phone down on him because he just wouldn't go. All in all, this was 15m of mayhem after which I literally had to wipe angry sweat from my body, suffice to say I'm going to request that these people to delete me from their records. Ridiculous!!

I would recommend everyone to not invest their money with Europefx.

I would recommend everyone to not invest through Europefx!

This company will push you to invest more than you feel safe with, and they will not inform you about fees.

Luckily I only lost 25$ (the fee for withdrawing the 200$ I had deposited). I'm reading the comments above and realising I'm not alone in my experience. I was clear about wanting to just start off with 200$ and NOTHING more. I was pushed and pushed to deposit more, however never did this. Took a couple of weeks off to think and research a bit (and they tried to call me about 3 - 4 times every single day in this period), before I decided on just withdrawing my money.

Accepted a phone call from Europefx right now, just to give him in about the unserious customer treatment.

Constantly ringing me without leaving…

Constantly ringing me without leaving messages, often multiple times a day and have the cheek to email 'My'account' which is obviously full of zero transactions. I am now going to officially report them as a nuisance

Unpleasant experience

Extremely persistent and phoning, messaging and emailing all the time. Very tactical in making you put more money in with high pressure. ONLY do what you want to do as their advice is often misleading and quite bad in my experience.
Their fees and processes are very variable and discretionary.
Everything was run out of Turkey but money is all handled in Cypress. In the end i made some money AND got it out but i feel as though this was a very lucky outcome.
They were very sneaky and averted conversation away from any of their shortcomings.
I have no doubt the IT support girl i spoke with was high - she was off this planet.

New investors stay away.

I don't think these people are doing anything illegal, in fact they are brilliant at hiding behind disclaimers etc.
The best way to sum up my dealings with them is was like dealing with a 1960's use car dealer. Endless pressure to deposit more money and a focus on what you "Could" earn.
Under the guise of security and identification they get to know everything about you and you get to know nothing about them.
I just wanted to be a small investor and learn about trading but that is not their business model. They just want you to invest more and more money. I may not have looked hard enough but I could not find anywhere on their site a list of fees and charges.

I started as a Premium Sceptic

I started as a Premium Sceptic. I've tried so many "get rich quick" schemes over the years and lost a sh** load.
So I wasn't overoptimistic.
I have one question. Why wasn't I taught this in school?
With the guidance of my personalised broker (Anastasia) I have made more money in the past fortnight than I would have made from my Savings Account over the next 12 years!
I carried out all the due diligence and made a withdrawal to check the validity if the site.
I'm ecstatic with the results.

Very good experience with EuropeFX

Very good experience with EuropeFX so far. I have recently asked for a withdrawal of my initial deposit of £250 as I wasn't ready to start trading yet and the process is very smooth and easy. I have received the full amount back within the 5 working days.

Bad experience

I have had the worst experience with Europe Fx. I was advised to put trades on that lost me money being my hard earned savings. I would not recommend using them and they are very pushy people.

Hi to anyone that has ever wondered…

Hi to anyone that has ever wondered about trying live trading.
I started a few months ago now and l feel that l could not have picked a better site. From the very start l had a phone call from Anthony Bryan who told me that he would be my account manager and made an appointment with me to discuss what areas l would like to trade in. Since then l get regular sessions with an education manager, both are very helpful to me. Yes l have made some mistakes but don`t we all. I love every minute of it and l could not be better looked after. So have a go and see where it leads you.

I thought that I was signing up for BitCoin but I am happy that I am trading with EuropeFX. Whilst I am only a small investor, Robbie Reuven has helped me make a reasonable profit over the last few weeks. Whilst he would like me to invest more, I am not able to do this and hope to dabble with his guidance to generate some additional income. Thank you Robbie

Was seriously considering working with…

Was seriously considering working with europe fx until i got talking with 2 of their people. They were so pushy and aggressive in trying to get me to open an account and to get my bank details they made me feel really uncomfortable about the whole thing so in the end i said i wasnt interested. Well it wasnt the end they persisted in phoning me, i tried blocking the numbers but kept phoning from a different number. The pakistani guy was the worst, last time i talked to him he phoned from a normal mobile number and when i insisted i wasnt interested he told me next time not to be wasting his time. I can assure him that wont happen again. 3 months after telling euro fx i wasnt interested in dealing with them im still getting phone calls from them. Seriously what part of "im not interested" do you not understand.

The worst broker ever

The worst broker ever. Please don’t ever trade with this broker. They are trained to take all your money. They change account managers every week. When you need their help. They don’t reply even after numerous phone calls and emails. This was the worst mistake of my life. Their swap fees are through the roof. I lost almost $2000 just because of their swap fees. I am now going to file a complaint to ASIC to make sure I recover my money back. There are so many people who have been scammed by them. A class action needs to be done. They close trades without your permission without informing you. They will not stop nagging you till you keep depositing money. If you say you can’t put money at this stage. They start asking about your work when you will have money available. You would atleast have some money in your account. How dare they ask personal questions. Who are they to tell me how much money a person should have. I have lost almost $10,000 because of them automatically closing my trades without my permission. I will make sure this company will back every cent back that I have lost. If you are reading this don’t ever go with this broker.

The things you are describing in your post are contradicting the work ethic of EuropeFX towards its clients.

We would like to emphasize that we never close clients positions, the positions can only be opened/closed by the clients themselves. What you have experienced with your account is what we call a stop out, a stop out occurs because of a decrease in the margin levels of the account, meaning that those positions can no longer support those open positions. Again, we would like to specify that this occurs automatically.

The life of a trader is composed of wins and losses, while the wins are of course the ultimate hoped for outcome. Although only the losses are being mentioned, the client also experiences some non-negligible winning trades, and it is important to state this fact as well.

My experience with EuropeFX was…

My experience with EuropeFX was financial disastrous. The agent they assign me to was very good at giving me false assurance if I deposited all my house deposit I would triple my money. I was very reluctant to do so and put it off for weeks. The EuroFX agent would get other agents or collages to call me and put pressure on me to deposit all my money, despite having the required $15,000 to invest on the USA stock. After weeks of constant pressure from my agent, I reluctantly deposited all my money to gamble on the US market. It did do well for the first 3 weeks and my deposit was showing growth. But the agent started asking me to invest on other stocks and in the end I had over 17 buy and sell in my portfolio. When the sticks started to perform badly the agent all of a sudden had to go on annual leave and said some one else would look after my me and my account. 5 days went by and I didn’t hear or get a response from any one from EuropeFX despite my many messages sent to them regarding my deteriorating account and what I need to do to get and percentages balanced again. Unfortunately I had no response and my account went from $380.000 to $0... you can imagine how devastated I was and they took no responsibility for my loss. My advice to anyone thinks to use this company is to look else were..

Relieved to receive refund.

After many more texts and emails, I was able to request a withdrawal, in order to receive a refund. I was happy and relieved to see that $1500 was credited to my account on the 31.10.2019.
I am happy that Europe FX responded to my review in order to resolve the situation. Europe FX have told me that they want to open an audit enquiry regarding this. I prefer this does not happen as I wish it all to be behind me. This experience was very stressful and seriously affected my health.
Until I rec'd an email from Trustpilot telling me that Europe FX had responded to my review, I didn't realise that what I was writing had been posted.
From this experience I have learned that I am much more ignorant of the ways of the web, advertising, and my own vulnerability than I thought.
It's not for the feint hearted out there.
I will delete my review after this update is posted.
I wish Europe FX, it's employees and all who are drawn to this, success, prosperity and lots of love.

The service is great

The service is great. Sometimes impersonal, but knowing it's a business only focussed on profit that's understandable. It's fast and whenever I wanted contact I got it. The people I got to work with knew what they were doing.

Don't do this as a hobby. Do this if you are genuinely interested in learning how to trade... and have the money to do so. They almost guilttrip you to put more money in your account.
