Website online booking allowed me to book specific MOT services at a centre near me. Received email confirmation too of this.
Arrived and the centre said they don't do MOT, only repairs.
Contact Us page when submitted feedback/information on booking system wrong information, doesn't work as well well. Go figure.
I recently posted a review about my appalling treatment received at Semples of Berwick under the banner of Euro Repar, after contacting Euro Repar at least six times I eventually received a reply which as a retired consulting engineer contained nothing but platitudes evasiveness and management speak, the company did what I characterise as tefloning, i.e. nothing to do with us, so if you have the misfortune to use Euro Repar please remember my experience of Euro Repar

At last when i managed to go for a check fount unhelpful staff and only suggestion from them was for them to take back the gas charge for a refund !!!
