I have been waiting for a refund since…

I have been waiting for a refund for the return shipping costs since November 2025. After several calls and emails, I am still missing it. There is a lady who always hangs up the phone; she has hung up on me three times, which is absolutely unacceptable. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had!

Avoid Eurotops

Sometime ago, I ordered Art No: 24 877, DESTRUCTEUR DE DOCUMENTS MULTIFONCTIONS
it worked fine during few months, then it stopped working. I paid 69,99 euros for it!
Horrible low quality products produced in China.
Avoid Eurotops absolutely.

Bad Customer Service

On August 19, 2022 I purchased a wind deflector for my car. I was leaving on a 5000km road trip September 12 and was looking forward to installing it. Here we are on October 7, almost 2 months later and it still has not arrived. It was shipped on time through DHL. While Eurotop is not responsible for delivery, it was their choice to use DHL. I have made probably 10 inquiries to Eurotop to track the shipment and all I got was reasons why I had to wait. They refused to make inquiries and told me that I had to have patience. They cited several times that COVID has caused them to have to wait for their raw materials. As if this is supposed to justify my purchase delay. This week they finally said that DHL would launch an inquiry. FINALLY! I told Eurotop that I wanted a refund. They did refund my purchase amount that day but for roughly 90% of my purchase price. I could go on more about how bad this experience has been but I assume you get where I am coming from. Bottom line is that I would NOT buy from these guys and I would NOT recommend that you do either. This should have been handled in a much more responsible way by Eurotop and because their response and handling of this issue, I give them a 1 out of 5 star rating.

Worst customer service ever! Stay away, possible fraud.

Late delivery, doesn’t respond to phone calls/e-mails etc. No refunds for returned goods. Possible fraud. Stay away!

Eurotops are unreliable and rude to customers

A week after ordering a few things I received an email from Eurotops informing me that my goods have been sent and are on their way to me. Two weeks after this email (i.e. 3 weeks in total), I still haven't received anything and nobody can answer if the goods actually have been sent or where they are! Eurotops customer service is not only completely useless, but they are extremely arrogant and they even yell at their customers! I will never buy another thing again from this lousy shop and I'd strongly advise against it! Keep away for your own sake!

Credit card = invoice you don't receive

Early December I ordered a couple of products for Christmas. And chose credit card as payment method. The products didn't arrive in time for Christmas, customer support explained that they had some delays from Germany to Norway. It all arrived a few days later. So, all good there.

However, today I got a reminder to pay my invoice. Thought that was a bit strange since I had chosen credit card when I placed the order. My order confirmation says that I have paid with credit card, and when I check my account at Eurotops, it also says credit card. And I haven't recieved any invoice. I checked my transactions and couldn't find that Eurotops had charged me, so I payed the reminder.

I emailed support and gave them the explanation above, and wrote that I had paied the invoice. My tone was kind. Got a rather short and not so kind respons back.

So obviously, choosing credit card as payment option = invoice that you don't get.

My brother in law seems happy with the prodcuts, that's all good. But I WILL NEVER EVER buy anything from this company again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered my package the 5 of desember and it still haven’t arrived. Called the customer service to hear about it. The man I spoke with lied and said the package would arrive the next day, a Saturday (we don’t get mail on Saturdays) when I told him he started shouting and hung up. I will never use this site againZ
