Used the Euronics shop in Oakengates Telford and bought a washing machine, the Beko machine leaked from first use, informed the retailer and was infored i had to go through Beko, the owner of the shop went through the whole process with me, after getting numerous visits from the Beko engineers to no avail, the owner of the shop replaced the machine herself, i cannot thank the staff enough, a polite and professional local shop, now would not shop anywhere else for my white goods,
