I often use Biovea and haven't faced shipping issues. However, my experience with Eurovital is a bit different. Despite the website indicating that items are dispatched from Europe via UPS, they are actually sent from the West Coast of the United States. The extended wait times are exacerbated by the use of UPS Mail Innovations, which transitions the package to USPS. Considering you pay in UK sterling, it's reasonable to assume the shipment originates from Europe, making the prolonged delivery time surprising.

this is a rubish comppany which doesnt have an email personale responsible to deal with items that have not been delievered in months althought i havee sent many emails complaining about no receiving what i bought.
ridiculous, certainly i wont recomend your service and will take my bussiness somewhere else.

Website says in stock orders dispatched within 24hrs. It's now been a month since I ordered and I'm still waiting for updates and my actual stuff. Contacted them and they spin a yarn about waiting for UPS, but the delays are inexplicable and inexcusable. It's extremely frustrating, I won't be ordering again.

The company's name suggests it is European. The online store's prices were in European currencies. Nowhere do they inform that the company is in the United States. On the contrary - they suggest and mislead to be European. As a result ordered products are not shipped from Europe - they are shipped from US. This amounts to custom's import charges, taxes and duties which increases the total price of the product tremendously, not to mention the month wait for delivery. Practically a deliberate misleading malpractice meant to trick you into purchasing products, believing they will arrive within days and not cost you more than what you paid. In reality - the delivery takes more than a month and you pay dearly through the nose on custom duties, import taxes and so on.

eurovital 10mg Melatonin fast dissovle tabs bought from BIOVEA. Useless - they either were not melatonin or they had been compounded in a way that made it not be bio-available. We have used 10mg melatonin tabs for years and know the effects. These just did not work at all. Biovea 3 x 3mg (=9) did work fine.

I've ordered from Eurovital 4x now and did not realise they had such bad reviews so thought I'd better leave my experience. My orders have always arrived fine and I'm very grateful I can buy a liquid melatonin myself and my daughter can use. The product is fantastic. It only has 4 ingredients in it, tastes nice and we are all ADHD and actually get to sleep. Bedtime was awful for both of us before and such a battle with my daughter she didn't used to sleep until 10pm having sent her up at 8. Now I can send her up at 7:30 and she's asleep within half hour. Then I'd struggle myself. We honestly couldn't be more thankful for how the product has changed our lives and is very reasonably priced and lasts a long time. Thank you Eurovital.

Had an enquiry made through the website about one of their products. Had a reply back the next day so ordered. Delivery was very fast (ordered in the UK). Very happy about my experience with them.

Terrible service. It has been a month and item has not even left the country of origin. Customer service has not been particularly helpful. Please use a reliable service for international deliveries.

Terrible company wish I has seen the bad reviews before I has purchased from them. Bought item on the 16/11 and they still wont give me an ETA for delivery.

Ordered Dhea . It took 5 weeks to ship to Canada. Gotta admit I was worried after reading reviews on this site after I ordered but the bottle came in eventually and everything looks fine. I'm betting everyone posting these "take your money and run reviews" are either a competitor or just used to Amazon shipping speeds and assume they have been scammed. If you need your items fast your better off trying another supplier.

I Will be taking this matter up with trading standards and will be taking them to court to get this company shut down.
I will also submit an application to get this company on tv to show how bad this company really is!!!!!!!!!

An "Order Completed” email was not sent.
However, I received tracking number email about a week later.
A week after that, My order arrived.

Avoid at all costs. The website gives the impression the order is being fulfilled in the UK and offers a 6-9 day delivery with UPS. 29 days later and still no parcel. I have chased on a weekly basis with customer service and had the same response saying my parcel is en route with UPS and I should track online. The online tracking tells me its in transit.
When I requested a refund for non fulfilment they then told me the order is with customs and will be with me "soon". Which is too late as this was a supplement to support a round of IVF and needed 2 weeks ago.
Do some more research and find a more reliable, professional company in your own country.

I'm very sad to say that Eurovital have be extremely unhelpful with a duplicate order that was made by there website crashing when I put an order in in May for supplements.

I noticed the company had taking a double payment from my credit card of £140.00 give or take a few quid.

I emailed to ask why two payments had been taken, only to be told I'd made two identical orders within seconds of eachother.

This all very odd even if this was the case and I had deliberately made two identical orders within seconds of eachother. Why has UPS only sent me one tracking number for one parcel the I have received this week!

When I put my card details into the website and went to checkout the sight crashed on me. So I went back in and there was my order still the the shopping basket on the website. So I attempted to check out again, this time it worked and I was given a message on the screen to say my order had been completed successful.

I did take a screenshot of this because I didn't feel confident the order had gone through properly. I have now sent this screen shot to Eurovital and explained I only received one order confirmation at the time.

All Eurovital keep emailing me to say is I am sorry your order is on it's way! If the orders had been made seconds apart where is it then?

I don't want another duplicate £140 worth of supplements, I want my money back!

To date this has been a really reliable company. Unfortunately my order of the 10april must be stuck in a warehouse in the USA waiting for a plane. It wouldn't be so bad if they updated their website and were honest about the collapse of shipping. Looks like I need to go through the pain of a refund

It's a consumer scam. They don't deliver the products, don't respond to emails and don't refund

I agree with another reviewer. I had bought from them before and it worked. I checked carefully this time to see that they would send it from Europe, not the US. Website didn't say US.
PLEASE NOTE: They send products from the United States, NOT from Europe. You get BIG trouble with customs (additional fees, fines or they can destroy your products or send them back without a refund!!!!!).
Don't buy from this company. I never got my order and I never got a refund. I spent about 1 700 SEK. That is about 170 euro!
I asked them if I could have what's left refunded when they got my order back from Swedish customs. Answer was that this was my own problem.

This is a bad service. Was ok in the UK but outside it was very bad, not completing customs slips caused me no end of bother and I am still waiting to see if i get my money back
