You'd think buying from a main dealer they would be decent
Still waiting for a phone call from service management after reporting a fault on 21st August 2025. Took car in and was told they would need a contractor to repair the work and would come back to me. Took the car back in October and was told they would order parts. Chased in December I'm eating for a call back. Served them with 14 days notice to have the issue resolved you'd think after service that you would at least get a phone call back. Car purchased 14th August. I hope they have a new car waiting for me as the clock is ticking. Would never ever purchase a car from these again.

Car taken in as oil light had come in…
Car taken in as oil light had come in fleetingly they said it needed a service even though it had been serviced as per the makers recommendation at 12000 miles, garage used 9000 miles servicing as they use Haynes manuals as guidance. Really disappointed in the garage think they’re not looking at customer satisfaction just trying to make customers pay even though they might not need the work doing.

Just be careful
Went to have a look at a car in Sunderland the sales person was not interested at all went to this site same company the sales person was good found a car liked it was making a deal on it asked about the safety check they do before hand got told everything was great asked about the tires as two looked a bit low got told if they are 3mm they are ok on a sales bored in the car show room 3mm tyre is 70% worn I got the car BUT I have to take it back 1week later to get new discs and pads on the front they done them straight away but am a little worried about the safety inspection they did before hand.

LF19 WHJ do NOT buy this van under any…
LF19 WHJ do NOT buy this van under any circumstances. Drove it for 2 minutes and realised it needed a new steering rack was told 1-3 days they had it for 11 days. Got it back then the engine management light came on and the emissions warning light. Returned the van after they constantly LIED. The salesman Anthony just wanted his money and the manager Andrew spoke to me awfully when returning the vehicle. They happily give you the vehicle with no fuel in but when you return it with half a tank in they won’t pay back up. All lovely when you are making a sale but horrible men who belittle women when things don’t go the way the want. Everyone who works at the service team don’t know how to communicate with each other.
Avoid this horrible company at all costs.
