Saw these guys working on a roof nearby and asked if they would quote for a repair to my roof. It was pooring with rain and they knew I was in a spot of bother. They arranged for one of their bosses to come out. I didn't realise my roof was in such a bad state, they showed me photos and really took the time to explain things. They offered me the option of a repair or for the roof to be stripped and recovered with new tiles. There was nothing but friendly honest conversation, no sales pitch, but you could tell they were passionate about what they do. I opted for a new roof because its what I needed but I was worried about water damage getting worse while waiting for them to fit me in. They temporarily fixed the roof there and then free of charge to tide me over!
I didnt get the usual "tradesman" experience, no oohs and ahhhs or chin scratching, just really friendly, honest, proffesional service and they really went above and beyond to look after me. I honestly didnt think people like this existed anymore.
