They do not mention about time needed…

They do not mention about time needed to send the pacage and also they delay deliver after buying. So now there is almost two weeks and they did not sent the pacage yet...

Hi Nikola! We're sorry about your experience. I've looked into your case.

The item you ordered was not in stock, and our website has full information on stock numbers. On your particular item it said "Item is in stock with our supplier and can be sent by 13/10". In the order confirmation you received after ordering you got the same information, that the item was not in stock and would have to be ordered from our supplier. We then unfortunately had a small delay in the shipment from our supplier, and sent you another email with the new delivery date a few days later then first expected.
