Sold tickets and did fake marketing for…

Sold tickets and did fake marketing for the K-POP Infinity event in Sweden and tries to hide from their responsibility. Show was a scam and did not include the content being promised in Eventim's advertisement. (As distributor of the show and managing the payment transaction they are responsible).

Misleading, Low-Quality Event – Feels Like a Scam

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that it needs to be called out.

This so-called “K-POP Infinity” show was grossly misrepresented. What was marketed as a high-quality, international K-pop experience turned out to be a low-effort, amateur-level performance that barely lasted an hour.

There were:
• No real K-pop artists
• No proper choreography
• Poorly executed lip-syncing (if even that)
• Weak production value
• Confusing and irrelevant AI visuals
• Zero connection to what was promised in the marketing

This wasn’t just underwhelming — it felt deceptive. People, including many children, attended with high expectations and left deeply disappointed. Some even left early. That says everything.

Charging 750 SEK per ticket for something of this quality is simply unacceptable. This is not a minor gap between expectation and delivery — this is false advertising.

What makes it worse is the lack of transparency. If the original artists couldn’t attend, that should have been clearly communicated. Instead, the event went ahead as if nothing had changed, taking people’s money for something completely different from what was advertised.

This damages trust — not just in the organizers, but also in the ticket platform associated with it.

At minimum, refunds should be offered.
Anything less would be a failure to take responsibility.

I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing tickets to similar events from these organizers

Unclear information

Hi,
I’m really disappointed, about the information provided by your website, on the event with Sarah Millican. On the website, the tickets I bought, and on the calendar reminder, the time said 19:00, and now my dad and I are sitting in the concert hall, where the announcer just said “just a reminder, that the show will begin at 20:00”. We arrived at the waterfront center at 18:15, expecting the show to begin at 19:00. We have flown all the way from Copenhagen, and we would have liked, the starting time to have been clear on your platform, so that we could have spent our short time in Stockholm different, instead of just waiting. For the future, please be clear with the information you provide.

Thieves

They cut "service fees" from us for a canceled show. Customer service gave us childish examples and responses to disclaim the full refund. They truly strip money from customers for doing nothing.

Worst ticket system ever (Lost my tickets)

I waited to order Rammstein tickets in Stockholm 2019.
I had a clock so I could update my site when the clock turned 10:00.

It took like 3min and then I had my tickets. Well so I thought.
On the checkout I wanted to login to my Eventim account.
When I pressed the login button I got redirected to a new page with only a error message saying there was a technical problem.

I thought I could go back to the checkout page. But it was no button to return. So I had to push the go back button in the browser. But instead to get back to my old session I was now back in que. I thought this was a joke. How can a site like this not manage to have a good session handeling so you don't lose your tickets if something happens. At least for 10minuts or so. I went direct to checkout so I lost my tickets in like 1minut.

Wouldn't recommend

Bought a ticket to a concert and got the wrong location.
I contact the customer support hoping my problem would be solved, to which they reply with a copy-paste message.
I reply nicely to them, same copy-paste message. I ask them about any alternatives available, they don't answer.
Well, enjoy your VIP ticket and thank you for pointing me directly to the artists page.
