The dress was well made and the material was fine as well. Didn't keep the dress because the waist came up too high on my body and was a little too tight in the bodice. Customer service was responsive to my request to return the item and the agent was courteous and knowledgeable.

I bought two dresses for an occasion, they were delivered promptly. One I loved and the other did not fit well, it was easy to return and my experience with customer service was very positive.

Ever pretty was very quick to respond to my request.

My 5 stars are for the customer service only as in the end I didn’t keep the dresses I tried, not because they weren’t nice, they just didn’t suit me. However, I had to contact customer services via email several times and each time the replies were swift and helpful unlike some other better known companies that are extremely hard to reach.

The customer service is excellent I have had problems with sizes for my bridesmaids.... But the customer service team have helped enormously with getting exchanges done . Highly recommend this company.

I was really nervous ordering from this site ,however they have been excellent. Returning some of the dresses was easy and the staff efficient and helpful. The dresses are beautiful and the one I’ve ordered is lovely I haven’t worn it yet it’s for new year however it is extremely creased and I’ve tried what customer services have recommended but it’s still the same and I’ve now taken it to a dry cleaners and sadly it’s going to cost me £16.00 to get the creases removed..

The first dress I ordered was very pretty. It looked exactly how it appeared on the picture. The material is very good and it was a perfect size. I couldn’t complain about anything. The delivery was fast as well.
My second purchase ohh I’m in love with the dress. Everything is perfect and quick delivery too. I’m currently waiting for the other dress and I love the way they respond to customers.

I thought their return policy would be 30 days like it usually is for other brands but it turned out to be 14. I emailed them and got a really satisfactory response back where they understood my situation and offered me an exception on a return and refund! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful dresses. Had an issue with non delivery but Customer Services were very reactive and quick to respond and the parcel arrived safety.

I am currently in the process of ordering my bridesmaid's dresses from Ever Pretty and it has been very difficult to arrange sizing for each of my bridesmaids due to their availability. Ever Pretty customer service have been excellent in their communication and supporting me with my returns and reordering. Also absolutely love the dresses!!

Dresses ordered were lovely unfortunately none were suitable for what I needed and I found one elsewhere. On the plus side returns was very easy and even when I had a problem due to me going over the 14 days returns policy for personal reasons the customer service team were amazing! They let me have a full refund if I pay for the postage myself and when I emailed to check if they had received it they were incredibly prompt at replying and they processed my refund straight away

I recently had an order go missing in transit and was informed about it by Ever Pretty customer services who suggested a very satisfactory solution all was resolved quickly and efficiently, lovely garments received, would reccommend this company to anyone

Ordered 4 different dresses in style and sizes as my dress is for my Wedding in January…. Fantastic delivery time and the prices are amazing, the dresses are fantastic quality and I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering off Everpretty again.

I was dreading ordering a dress as I haven’t warn one in over 35 years but as soon as I chose the dress I liked best the fit was great (I’m a plus size bride).

Excited to wear it now, it was far too long but I’m only 5 foot 1 so any maxi dress is going to be but I can get it turned up which isn’t a big job.

I ordered a beautiful dress for a wedding, Unfortunately it didn't come in time for me to get to wear it. I contacted customer service and Rocill was prompt and very helpful and courteous in helping me with returning a final sale item and offered me a gift card to purchase another dress at another time. I appreciate the promptness and helpful manner in handling this. Will definitely be purchasing with them again!
