I had a great experience with the customer service team, they were quick and responsive throughout. After an issue with Royal Mail, Sarah and Rocil were super helpful and promptly rectified the situation by sending a replacement dress, which arrived just in time for me to try it on as I'm the MOH in the next few weeks. I really hope the company is able to recover their costs from Royal Mail due to their negligence. Highly recommend for their excellent service and the dresses look of high quility and great value for money!

I accidentally purchased a dress but I was undecided, but I was able to send a chat and they were able to cancel it right away. I absolutely appreciate being able to cancel the purchase right away without any issues. I will be going back to purchase a dress when I finally decide.

Am sure the dresses are lovey but I misread the shipping thought would arrive pretty quickly as 48 hour shipping advertised and it was shipped within 48 hours however it takes a long time to be delivered I bought a selection thinking 2 weeks plenty time but it’s not unfortunately sort of my fault I guess shipping 48 hours to me means delivery maybe should say dispatched within 48 hours

Excellent service. I have ordered 13 dresses. I did two of the surprise bags and am keeping several of the 10 items I received. Will donate the others to our local charity for Prom. Still looking for just the right one for a wedding. I’m petite, so the sizing is a bit tricky for my frame. The service and support is very good. Quality is great!

Excellent customer service quick response the dresses absolutely gorgeous. I love that they come in multiple sizes for the big girls like me, so we can get nice clothes and nice dresses so I actually really do appreciate that definitely will come back

I have ordered a few dresses from Ever Pretty and they have not disappointed. Recently, I accidentally hit the submit button on an order and immediately contacted the chat for a cancellation. They were quick to assist and put my cancellation. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful affordable dresses for any occasion!

I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding in April. Took a little longer than I thought. My package arrived yesterday. We ordered 1 size up and all the dresses fit perfectly. The colors and fabric are gorgeous!

I had bought a number of bridesmaid dresses for my wedding from a number of different places and ever pretty has been the worst I have dealt with regarding returns. At no point did it make it obvious I wouldn’t be able to return my product on final price, even though I thought this was illegal in the uk!? they even made me by worry free insurance that I can’t even use! Weddings are expensive enough and this is just adding to my stress of the wedding that I really don’t need. I emailed customer service and have not had any reply. I won’t be using them again purely down to returns and customer service.

I ordered 5 dresses in different styles but the same colour. One unfortunately wa sour of stock. The customer service team contacted me straight away to offer an exchange or refund and met my requirements right away.

I read reviews that their customer service was wonderful and I had wonderful customer service as well. I ordered a dress and a couple hours later I found another dress somewhere else. I sent a request to Ever-Pretty to see if I could cancel my order. They were quick to respond and canceled my order with no charge.
