I recently ordered some bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding in August. Myself and the bridesmaids are over the moon with the dresses-size, fit and quality. However one of the bridesmaid is unable to try hers for size as she lives quite a distance away. I e-mailed the customer services to share my issue, worrying i may exceed the time allowed within their returns policy. Within 5 minutes i received a lovely reply understanding my predicament and put my mind at rest immediately. 10 out of 10 customer service.

I bought my dress, which is lovely the service from order to delivery was so good.
Through being taken into hospital and having surgery I missed my returns deadline.
After sending a message to them asking if I could return my dress as it wasn’t suitable. I have been able to return my dress.

Ever Pretty lucky bag is a complete joke!! Of corse it’s a gamble as to what style and colour of dresses you get but nowhere on the website does it warn you that you could receive 3 maternity dresses! When I asked for an exchange I was told ‘Because the items are randomized, we cannot guarantee specific styles, which is why some may be maternity dresses. We truly understand this can be disappointing, and we really appreciate your understanding of the Lucky Bag process.’ Obviously the dresses I have received are not fit for purpose and they will not refund or exchange. Took 3 weeks to arrive! So disappointing

I ordered two dresses and unfortunately one of the ones I had ordered was out of stock. The person who contacted me from customer services was very helpful and sorted the issue within 24hours.

My friend is getting married and she has seen some dresses on the site but we wanted to see the colours beforehand. I contacted customer services as the shipping amount was higher than the value of the swatches and they sorted my query out with no issues at all! Customer service was very quick and very positive so far!

The sizes and fitment of the dresses are perfect! The fabric is very nice as well, not too light and not too heavy. I don’t wear many dresses only for certain occasions. This one was for a wedding and I felt so comfortable in it and it looked very dressed up with cowboy boots.

Ever-Pretty is my go to for dress needs. From the wide variety of dress styles, colors and sizes for everyone. Last year I purchased a few dresses for a work formal, a cruise and one as a bridesmaid and received many compliments. My recent purchase for a dress for an upcoming work formal was a bit different than the last. The dress I chose did not fit as I’d like it to, I reached out to customer service and was so shocked with how quickly they not only responded but resolved my issue. Without hesitation Ever-Pretty will be my recommendation to anyone needing a formal dress!

I shopped for so many dresses for an upcoming 20th wedding anniversary party. This site had so many beautiful dresses. I took pics of several and finally decided on one. It arrived today! I was excited and scared. What if it didn’t fit right? It’s beautiful & fit perfectly. I could not be more pleased. The quality is great and the dress is just gorgeous.

The dress is very lovely. Delivery time was very good. Customer service responded to my concern over the discount code that wasn't originally taken off my order. They offered to take it off after the fact. Dress is true to size.

The customer service is truly amazing. Before ordering my bridesmaid dresses, I had a few queries and their responses have been so quick, officiant and thorough. It’s extremely reassuring! Very friendly as well 😊 I received part of my order today and the colour and quality of the dresses are lovely! Can’t wait to receive the rest and have my bridesmaids try them on!

I often get frustrated with the process of returning on-line purchases, because of the lack of human communication.
I did not have an order number for my purchase but I did have a confirmation number from a screenshot I created after placing my order on my phone. For some reason I could not find an email confirmation, so I sent an email to your customer service team with my confirmation number requesting my order number so I could generate a return. Within minutes I received a response with the order number. I was pleasantly surprised at the very quick response from Daphne. I then thanked her immediately and she replied again. Even though it was via email, it was so nice to have a human connection and an immediate response. Thank you for making it so easy to get my issue resolved.

Lovely dress and great quality. Ordered a size 10 but was a bit big and needed a size 8. Used the chat function and spoke to someone. They were really helpful and made the process easy.

I had only just missed the return window after purchasing a few different dresses for my Wife. I contacted and although originally was advised there was not much that could be done, after escalation, I was kindly surprised to see that the team had gone over and beyond to help me by letting me return the 3 x dresses not needed. Eloisa and Rocill kindly stayed in contact via email and responded rapidly. Thank you as this made me realise about the returns process for next time, and also made me feel valued as a customer.
