The Ever Coach program is very limited…

The Ever Coach program is very limited in their offerings. Some good content, however, what was disappointing was lack of access to other workshops through Mind Valley, unless you pay another $399 USD annually. All on the same website, which makes searching for workshops that are included in Ever Coach confusing and frustrating. I did contact the help desk, and advised there two different memberships and I would need to purchase a mind valley membership (which I thought I had, as I was taken to Mind Valley to log in). I would suggest researching both memberships to see which is the better fit.

So disappointing

For a company that professes to be a world leader in online training and coaching certification this was appallingly confusing and extremely disappointing.
Zero onboarding procedure.
Zero customer/client service
A platform which is focused solely on getting you to spend more money rather than ensuring you proceed and succeed with the programs you've purchased.
I spent $795 on a certification program and it is clear that once they get your money, you are no interest to them at all.
Exceptionally good marketing but bloody awful customer experience.
