Very understanding will always be helpful

We ordered an EVERCROSS scooter for my son for xmas, he has used it 3 or 4 times but now it will not turn on. I have emailed the support e-mail address about 10 times and had zero reply. All I am asking for is assistance with fixing the scooter so my son can enjoy it again. So far REALLY poor service and product.

After eight months of reliable use, my scooter hit a snag and stopped working. Concerned, I reached out to EverCross for support, and they were incredibly responsive. Despite needing several shipments of repair parts and a few replacements, the scooter still wouldn't budge. However, EverCross remained dedicated to resolving the issue and promptly sent me a replacement scooter. The service is so good I received my scooter from Facebook marketplace and it stopped mid ride I contacted support and I'm back on after only 8 days

i order a replacment controller unit to fix my first scooter...i plugged every wire in, it was sparking and giving off weird smell.. so i unplugged everything.. while it was all plugged in, i noticed it was showing one bar even know i installed a new battery.. now sure what to think..

They give verbal support with videos

Order In January didn’t receive emailed them 7th march to say didn’t receive and got reply straight back saying lost in transit order was sent straight back out got it the next day

Well I have to say you are a bit premature asking for a review. Its been five days since I ordered the scooter and I have yet to receive an email indicating that the scooter has been shipped. I do not know to be happy or sad.

This is my third scooter and my second one from your company. I really liked the H5 design. It's rugged, durable and had the right components and this is why I bought the H9. I use my scooter as part of my daily commute to and from work, but the scooter I am using now is my first one (from a different maker) and it's falling apart and I hate it. So if I could get confirmation that it has shipped and obtain tracking info, that would make me happy.

We received this pretty quickly after ordering it online but sadly the Hoover board did not hold a charge and stopped working ! I read the manual and care instructions on how long to charge the Hoover board and regardless of only one use of this it lasted very shortly and died. We thought maybe it could even just be the charger and again it did not work . We got sent a defective Hoover board and it’s extremely disappointing as this was a gift !

Zero customer service, it’s almost like they’re selling dead stock. stopped working after one hour and can’t get hold of anyone as based in Europe.

Whenever I needed help with my scooter their support team helped me and was always very helpful

Battery of hoverboard defect (out warranty period), no response what so ever on numerous requests for spare parts.

This company only sells but offers 0% service. Steer clear from "Evercross" and buy a brand that support their customers along the lifecycle of their product and not just take their money.

What a waste of time and money.

Bought an ev06c for my child for Xmas 2023, he rode it once & now its stopped working after literally less than an hr! Iv recharged it so its got a fully charged battery but it still won't turn on! There seems to be no power to the display unit.
Contacted customer services who got back to me within a day & suggested that they'd send me a new display unit for me to fit.. that turned up in about 4 or 5 days, so I fitted the new display which took about a minute & it did fix the problem.. i give 3 stars simply because the fault happened on Xmas day (day of 1st use) so had a very bad experience & a very unhappy child.. hopefully there will be no more issues as my child loves this scooter but also the battery life isn't very good.. customer service was good tho so they deserved an edit on my review 👍🏻

I contacted them for a thumb throttle for a pro 10 with turn signals they sent me the link to buy it .so I did
week later I got and it was the wrong one..
contacted them every day for 2 weeks no responce..
had to go to PayPal to get my money back through a claim..

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Really like the h5 scooter. I use it to make quick trips to the store and back. the scooter can get you to point a to point b in just a few minutes. Really do recommend buying a scooter from them it is worth it
