My windows look so amazing- bright and beautiful. The room is now warm and quiet. Kevin and Ben did such a professional job. They were quick and answered all my questions patiently. They did a brilliant job and cleaned up so well. Thank you both.

Shocking company.
I filled out their online form for an appointment for a quote, got a phone call a few days later and was booked in for someone to come round, agreed a date and time but after waiting around for an hour and a half no one turned up.

I get a phone call a few weeks later asking if I had considered the quote….. to which I replied‘I don’t get one, no one turned up’
The lady on the phone did apologise but gave no explanation as to why the person didn’t show up. She asked if I’d like to book another appointment and as my windows still need replacing I said yes why not.
Again we agreed a date and time, 4:30pm for the following Monday.
I then get a phone call the day before ‘can you do a bit earlier?’ They asked, I asked what time and they replied ’10:30am?’
Well that’s not a bit earlier is it, and it wasn’t convenient at all so I said no I won’t be able to do 10:30.
They then said that they couldn’t do the 4:30 appointment because they were booked up….. but I was booked in! So how can you be booked up when I have been booked in over a week earlier.
They asked if I would be free any other day this wee but as I work full time I wouldn’t be.
In the end o just told them to forget it, I got no apology just a snarky’ well if that’s what you want to do that’s fine’ like I’m the one messing them about!!
Always go small local business, do not use these big companies, they don’t care about the customers, only fast money

Overall our experience with Everest has been positive. The experience was truly made by the fitters Steve and Harrison who were amazingly professional, efficient, super funny and friendly and just really nice people.

The process was fairly smooth and professional, the only complaint I have is the slight lack of attention to detail and customer service after the initial contract signature. For example, the windows were measured and made too big, so on the day of the fitting the poor fitters had to go above and beyond to ensure a perfect finish under time pressure. The fitters did a fantastic job and were so positive and reassuring to us throughout the process. However, when we were contacted by Everest following the fitting, nothing was ever mentioned. I believe the attention to detail and customer service could be slightly improved but overall has been a good experience and the windows and doors look amazing!

Thank you to Steve and Harrison for being awesome. They have made this experience very positive and enjoyable.

We had a new front door fitted by Everest Anglian the same company. there was a fault with it they left midday on Thursday with a front door that they closed and then was unable to open.
We we're told somebody was come Friday and rectify the problem... nobody arrived after several phone calls Friday and Saturday then again on Monday each time they knew nothing about the problem eventually somebody arrived on Monday.. we were left shut in the house for five days unable to open the door.
No apologies no compensation nothing do not use Anglian or Everest if you read the reviews you'll see how bad they are that more expensive than anybody else but they are rubbish at their job

Didn't turn up for the 1st appointment, I contacted them and they said someone would ring me, they didn't. Not sure why but I contacted them again and they arranged for a visit, the guy arrived and gave his sales pitch (apparently not a pitch just facts lol). As he was measuring up I asked about lead times, he explained and I said I would be looking at ordering with someone at the end of the month, his reply was if you dont order today you don't buy from me, so I explained that he may as well pack his laptop and leave as there was no way I was ordering anything without other quotes, which he did while throwing a completely unavailable extremely low quote out as a "look what you have missed out on". If this is how their sales people work I expect them to go bust again very very soon

Don't believe the gereneric reply on here saying they will improve and contact people to discuss this as it doesn't happen. It's been a week since the comment and no contact. They just put that on here to try and downplay the review. Still a waste of time

From having the surveyor turn up (or not) repeatedly, to the same with the installers, to EVERY SINGLE WINDOW having issues after installation (they even forgot to fit a windowsill back in, in one room!), to then conveniently going into administration/
changing company name so there is nothing we can do to get it fixed (despite a worthless warranty) - the number you are referred to for their 'old' company and any issues gets you know where. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

P.s this didn't happen in 2025, it was earlier but after another friend having the same experience, I thought it right to go on here as they obviously haven't changed.

Miss Shweta Kumar was brilliant her customer service was great. My mum was worried about cost and how it will all work she took the time to talk us through wasn't pushy for a sale and helped us to understand the benefits of the service we will recieve if it wasn't for her approach we may not have gone with the company. Now excited to be getting a bespoke door.

Do not touch this shower if you are looking for timber windows. They advertise that they do them and then in our case took 6 months doing precious little with next to no communication and they haven't even got around to starting to make the windows. On top of that when I lost all patience and asked to cancel they stated that I needed to pay them a further £1200 on top of the £999 deposit I already paid.

A technician performed a site survey to assess our front window and provided an appraisal for a new bay unit. He was highly proficient in his field and maintained a courteous demeanor throughout our interaction, and his exceptional beside manner and professional poise left a lasting positive impression.

Initial appointment was good and everything arranged for a replacement door. However, Everest cancelled fitting date due to fitter not being available and we rescheduled. Everest then tried to cancel the fitting a second time, managed to get them to move it to the next day.
The fitter, Darren H, was great, he arrived on time, explained what he was doing, covered the stairs and floors to protect them and did a great job. He was very professional and friendly.

Great service Darryl provided lots of useful information and really looking forward to my new door to be fitted

Had four companies to quote. 3 very similar in that they didn’t really understand our needs.

However Everest went to great lengths to show me the window. They advised what window was needed for each room. Talking about north or south facing and which rooms we spend the most time.

They offered real advice for our need.

Paid a little more but worth it for value for money.

Terrible experience! Sheer laziness and lack of communication. Had an appointment booked for 1pm as I hadn’t heard anything by 10 am that morning I called for answers as to if my appointment was going ahead I was told a message would be sent to the agent and he would call me back with answers at 12 o’clock. I’d still heard nothing so I called back and they said they’d send another message but not to worry as they can see it’s been allocated and he’s definitely knows about it. I asked her if they could call him they said no I found it strange that they don’t have a way to contact their agent via telephone. I mean who comes to an appointment without a telephone nowadays?

He said best he could do after going around in circles was to message him again. At 12:30 I get a call from Tony apologising that he knew nothing about this appointment and at the office did not let him know about this appointment and that there was no way he was going to make it today and if we could reschedule. Does the phrase form me once shame on you form me twice shame on me sounds familiar? Anywho anyone who values their time refrain from using this company that can’t even be bothered to make a phone call on your behalf.

I spent around £25,000 on secondary glazing with Everest Windows, and the experience has been extremely poor from start to finish.

Despite a full survey, the original units delivered were completely wrong. Several didn’t fit at all and one was so incorrect it had to be removed from the order. Everything had to be sent back to be recut, causing delays and disruption.

When the units were returned, I had been assured they would be primed and ready for painting. They arrived in bare wood. At that point I felt pressured to accept installation just to avoid yet more delays.

After installation, Everest acknowledged the problems and agreed verbally to supply and fit a double-glazed sash window free of charge as compensation, as one window had been left without secondary glazing due to their earlier error. A visit was arranged to measure it.

When the representative arrived, he tried to sell me the window instead. There was no record of the agreed compensation. I was passed between staff and managers, all of whom promised to “look into it” and call me back. No one ever did.

Since then, I’ve had multiple calls from Everest where staff were again unaware of the agreement, and again promised follow-ups that never happened. I’ve now had no contact at all, despite raising a formal complaint.

The issues weren’t just manufacturing mistakes. The real problem is poor communication, lack of internal records, and a complete failure to follow through on promises. For a company charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Everest to think very carefully before committing.

We had a salesman come and measure up our front window and give us a price for a replacement bay. He is very polite and helpful his name was Aditya. We were very impressed with his knowledge and attitude.

Be warned, they charge £85 call out charge for a quote!

Just had new triple glazing window fitted buy everest/anglian windows i was hoping it would help with traffic noise definitely didn't bit disappointed they weren't cheap
