Be Aware - Health & Safety Concern. I strongly advise caution before purchasing from this company.

We received a faulty nebuliser, which is especially serious given this is medical equipment intended for people with breathing conditions. We raised this clearly as a health and safety concern, but the company ignored the issue and made the returns process extremely difficult.

We have used a similar nebulisers reliably for over 10 years, so we are confident this was not user error. The quality of this unit was significantly worse than expected, raising serious concerns about whether these devices meet proper standards. We believe equipment stocked by this company is from unofficial sources. Given the risks involved with inhalation equipment, this is deeply worrying.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company made us feel awful with rude emails. As a result, we are now pursuing recovery of our money through the small courts.We will also be notifying trading standards to raise awareness.

Medical equipment should be safe, reliable, and supported by responsible and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. Please be aware before buying.

I had been attempting to find anyone who could help me navigate the business of deciding the type of nebuliser I needed for my newly diagnosed asthma and making me feel comfortable with the recommendation. This Nigel offered in spades - I've never looked back. I had a small/cosmetic problem within the warranty period and Evergreen handled it for me rather than my having to ship everything back to the manufacturer. In summary ...... a very can-do organisation. Thank you for being there.

I recently purchased a nebuliser from Evergreen after excellent advice given by Nigel helped me to choose the best machine for my needs. Nigel advised on the power I needed and he knew the specific antibiotic involved. I wanted a reliable machine to deliver the medication as quickly as possible. We agreed on the Pari Boy Classic. Being new to this process, Nigel's extensive knowledge was invaluable. The machine arrived the next day and is so much more efficient than the one on loan from the hospital. If you need advice on nebulisers, don't hesitate and call Nigel.

I needed a spare part for my nebuliser & came across this company. Fantastic first class customer service with a phone call as well to update me saying that they were refunding the courier delivery cost as I made a mistake.
