Just bad company, lying and cheating. Apartment will be completely different than agreed. Never got informed about any changes and looks like they just look after increasing their profit. We are extremely disappointed!!!
If I could I would give - 10 for comminication I would!!! My appartment is not finished yet, but after signing a contract it was almost impossible to get hold of some one who could assist you. If an agent is on vacation for sevral weeks there is no back up. I had an inquity since November 2023 and I still didn't get any progress. I wouldn' t buy from them again and wouldn' t recommend it. Although their properties might be nice during the years of waiting for them to be finished you will go crazy because anything you need to solve will remain unsolved.
Firstly I don't understand why employees of Evergreen are writing reviews about their own company - Cihan is the financial director.
We purchased a property off plan with these jokers in 2005.
After numerous attempts to secure our title deeds, 15 years later we were never issued them.
The build quality was shocking. Myself and my husband spent years and years and ££££ rectifying all the issues the property had, Evergreen developments did nothing to put issues right.
Their property management company lied on numerous occasions, for example they claimed that they owned the infrastructure and water depot when it clearly stated in our contract that owners own part shares. They refuse to disclose accounts to show how they are spending owners money.
Right until the very end they extracted as much money out of us as possible - they charged us for the deeds even though we never received them and they will charge the new owners the same again!
I could go on and on but my review would be as long as War and Peace!
