Product does not fit/work.
The delivery was OK but the product is not working as advertised. We bought a filter for a dyson vacuum cleaner and the new filter doesn't fit properly so the vacuum cleaner won't work. There are no issues with the old/original part. I have contacted customer service for a replacement or refund.
