Great Customer service
The process was quick and easy, I was sent the collection envelope and managed to return it in less than 72 hours of ordering. I did get a little impatient waiting for my order to arrive, when i phoned the company to have an update they were very kind and compassionate. When the product arrived it was packaged well and the Necklace was beautiful, perfect for everyday use and not obvious that it contained ashes which is what I wanted.

Let down after taking money.
Liked how it was easy to order and correspondence at the time was good. However, this was let down when after taking money and sending ashes was told item not in stock and would have to wait 8 weeks for new stock to arrive. Not happy as it would have been apparent when i ordered on line that the item was not available but this wasn't mentioned at time of ordering. No correspondence at all from Everwith . Only response I got was after waiting 9 weeks i emailed to what was happening with my order. Told then that I would be priority . I did arrive quite quickly after that and correspondence to tell me about despatched item and delivery. Not sure if item actually had the diamond dust I paid extra for included in it as it doesn't seem to sparkle. But not bothered to send it back as I don't want to lose my loved one after waiting so long for item. Wasn't even offended a discount for the inconvenience which any decent company would have done. Really disappointed with Everwith which is a shame as reviews show good service and it was up until the point of finding out my item was not available.

i'm sorry that you're not completely satisfied with the service we provided.
I've looked at the details of your order and can see that two of our Customer Service team were in contact with you immediately upon receipt of your pack and ashes to advise that your chosen Alphabet Pendant was out of stock. They also explained that we do not have a live stock system on the website.
Whilst we make every effort to keep all of our range in stock, we cannot predict sales of any given product so I'm afraid there will be occasions when we are out of stock of certain items.
I've also checked the images taken during production of your lovely pendant and am happy to confirm that it does contain diamond dust.
I'm sorry that we could not apply a further discount as the current discount code had been applied when you completed checkout.
I hope you will wear your pendant with pride and that it brings you comfort.

Received beautiful product - very special. However 4 months on all of the above white gold has worn off - not assured therefore of quality when I have several other pieces of good quality white gold and the look good as new 10 years on!

There is a Beautiful selection of jewellery to choose from. I chose a heart ring for my mums ashes and added diamond dust.
Customer service was excellent and they let me know how long it would take etc. the ring came and it was beautifully packaged, I wore it instantly. Grateful for the ring sizer they sent me as I would have got it all wrong.

The process of choosing our jewellery was fine, not spectacular as previous relatives had experienced with different representatives. When we collected we were just handed a box - no chance to inspect our chosen jewellery which at nearly £1000 was quite disappointing.
