No service. I believe the company has gone bust

I have the same issue as others on here.

On 4th December I received an email stating there was a major outage and that I would receive a refund. I have been without internet since then and despite multiple attempts to contact there has been no response from the company. The phone numbers provided either just ring out or go to an automated waiting list which eventually times out.

I believe the company is no longer operational.

Avoid avoid avoid.

No service and no update together with dead customer service

To those who are experiencing a similar experience with them.

On 4 December 2023 after receiving an email about a "major broadband outage" the service goes down completely and yet no update was provided, and the customer service is dead.

I have already begun to ask them to reply and explain this situation and I have already raised a complaint to the government regarding consumer rights currently.

I am glad that I shift to a paid-on month plan after 12 month of contract and currently only lost 42 pounds as the initial payment of December if they continue to not provide the service.

I doubt if anyone decided to move on a longer contract with them before as it would really be messy to deal with.

Feel free to contact me and ask for advice if you are experiencing a similar issue with this company.

Poor customer service

My 12 month contract has finished and I'm meant to be on a monthly rolling contract. However, my internet has been down for 3 weeks and everytime I call customer services, the line either doesn't ring and when it does ring there is no answer. I have also emailed the company and not had a response. Luckily I'm able to change providers and another company will takeover the line.

Would recommend

Signed up back in November. Took a few days to setup the direct debit, after the payment was taken the router was sent out with an email activation date. Router is actually a decent one rather than the bog standard. Can't change the password on it but I'm okay with that.

The internet speed is as advertised. Originally the IP address wouldn't work with iPlayer but called up the tech team who quickly answered and resolved the issue within a few minutes by allocating a different IP address.

Very happy and would recommend. It's nice to support a smaller business as the customer care is much faster.

Great activation experience

Sign-up process was quite seamless. I received the modem just a few days after the direct debit was set up. It started working even before the official activation date.

Terrible service

Terrible service, won’t let you have access to change password in the router. Couldn’t stream uk programs such as iPlayer as there ip address show outside of the UK - refused to compensate for any issues or let me terminate. Probably ran by a couple of guys in a shed
