I had a great experience. Not many companies sell disposable e-hookah pens anymore, and of those that do this one is by far the best. The products were high quality and arrived swiftly. And their communication was friendly, professional, timely, and relevant. I highly recommend shopping with them.

Fast shipping. I received product very quickly. Bought the Pen Starter kit with menthol flavor. Works great. A good amount of smoke is produced. Will definitely buy from them again.

Frustrated
I ordered on the 15th of July and I understand that shipping takes a little while but it’s been three weeks and in transit for one of those weeks now... Super frustrating and probably won’t order anything again from here.
Update: it has been a month now and I am so annoyed as to why this is taking so long. I know you emailed me to re evaluate my review and I will do so once I get my product.

Covid has delayed shipping but....
So I won’t lie, I did wait about 6 weeks for my hookah pens to come in, BUT the product is phenomenal. Delicious flavor, neat packaging. Highly recommend, not just for the product but for the customer service. Lisa is quick to respond, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I will be placing another order very soon.
