In general I had a very good experience: we are using swimming pool for begginers for my child 3yo. The pool is very low so can walk by herself on the floor during swimming, so it helps not to be so tired holding the kid. Also it helps to learn swimming. definetly Less anxiety. There are some cons but in general I was surprised that it’s under 6£ (for me and under 5-is for free), the water is warm enough to go with the child. The main cons is that sometimes it’s not very clean in the changing room after peak, which is understandable.

Great facilities (clean and modern). Staff and other gym users are friendly (from the super-fit to OAPs like me). A thorough 'free' induction was given by a very capable personal trainer. I did the on-line induction first. It's a pity that content is not available again after you've done it (but not a problem - see PureGym material on YouTube). Someone is too keen to up-sell personal training! After completing a follow-up survey positively, I was directed to Trust Pilot!

The service and upkeep of the center is terrible. It is dirty and the air conditioning does not work in the fitness studios. Staff are in-polite and mangers are non existent. The current manager Marco is never around and you can complain all you want, it always falls on deaf ears. They don't seem to care about the staff or the customers. Marco and his team (wife) simply don't know how to run the place. Nobody is happy. No wonder they loose members and staff all the time. They are very disrespectful and rude when speaking to anyone. Please get rid of them and bring in some people who care and know what they are doing.

I go to a regular keep fit class and look forward to it. The company is good and I have made friends. The teacher is excellent and has good personality.

The manager Tanisha here does an absolute disservice to the company, in which I will be taking this to head office of the brand. Extremely arguementative, AGGRESSIVE and hostile ; not a people's person at all. Absolute disgusting demeanor on the phone. Very animalistic approach when she should understand that when speaking to customers to uphold a neutral stance instead of " mean girl bully mode". This company took direct debits for almost a year despite having cancelled, my son only attended one class. Beware with the trustworthiness of them holding bank details. I only realised via an accidental call months down the line regarding a class that had been cancelled to which I was taken back as explained my son isn't a member. Tanisha if also dealing with any issue should it occur, acts very defensive and bullys like a bull with horns. My son is autistic and didn't find the set up was for him. As a brand who deals with youth, I'm appalled in the way which Tanisha speaks to people. Awful example. Contrary the workers ( female receptionist and a male I spoke to ) were lovely. Tanisha would do well to learn from them. I would like to be directed to Tanisha's senior and higher authority of the brand regarding my experience. Layla

I swim twice a week at Acton Centre and find all the staff very friendly and helpful. The booking process is quick and simple and the pool always clean. No complaints whatsoever

Horrible and unprofessional ladies on reception! Anna especially! Require to fire her! This person should not work in service sphere. Arrived with my 8yo son to visit a swimming pool and were not told thats a must to book a slot otherwise previous time we were allowed to pay and go. She asked who will swim and how old my son is. I told that he will be swimming without me. So she offered only one slot late in the evening for which we had to wait for 1.5 with a kid. So we agreed and once times passed, we entered the swimming pool but safeguard swimming guys told that my son not allowed to swim because this lady gave us slot for a swimming track which is very deep and for confident swimmers(!) so she firstly made us to wait for 1.5h with a kid who was after school tired but agreed to wait. And secondly, did not even say that he will not be allowed to swim without me! So we had to go back home!

Everyone Active in Acton is great place. Highly recommend!

This a well-designed swimming pool, but badly maintained: showers that don't work and haven't for months, a steadily leaking pedestal toilet, missing ceiling tiles - details, but which can sometimes take the edge off the experience. Sharing single lanes is not easy. I liked it better in lockdown when all were double lanes. I wish they would reinstate those. The staff are all friendly and helpful and, despite my reservations, I recommend it as great place to swim.

Great Body Pump Classes, also Yoga, large swimming pool and Gym.

Great local gym. Easy to book exercise classes. Value for money.

It's a great leisure centre. Classes are generally good. The pool is great. Online booking for swim sessions makes it easy to choose quieter times to go. It's good value for money. Nice community feel.

The classes are very good, with experienced instructors who help you if needed. I would recommend Everyone Active, Acton!

Nice centre friendly helpful staff. Female showers do need updating(compared to the centre at Wembley) but they are clean. Be aware that the aqua classes are booked up very quickly. Overall I’m happy with the facilities.

Clean swimming pool and changing facilities. Friendly staff and a good community feel. Well worth a visit.
