I appreciate the leisure centre is undergoing a makeover however I wanted to raise a few issues. On entering the changing rooms it clearly states no outdoor shoes yet so many people ignore this. The floor is absolutely filthy with no clear sign of any member of staff cleaning the changing room areas. Not a very clean environment for changing babies and children.
The price of drinks and snacks is extortionate, and paying for dinks and snacks is by no means easy, you have to wait for someone to serve you, the tills never work, no one knows the prices. It’s a reception desk not a snacks counter and would benefit from being separated. When you go to pay for a snack staff members look at you gone out it’s such a strange set up.

Reception staff need a lesson in how to speak to people and how they treat the public. If you hate your job that much then go and find something else. You approach the reception with a really basic question and they speak to you like crap. It’s always a vibe of ‘well what do you want me to do about it’. Vile

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you want to be spoken to like crap and patronised in front of your child. I came in and had forgotten my daughters swimming card (very common mistake a lot of parents make) told over and over again by a lady with a face like a slapped backside at reception that I shouldn’t be forgetting the card. I was spoken to like a child, extremely rude staff. Eventually let through the barriers so my daughter was late for her lesson. Then a manager named Kirsty absolutely god awful human being 3 other parents also said they have concerns about how she speaks to people, had said I need to be quicker getting my child from the pool bearing in mind I was the first parent there and this is a new centre, you’d think they would give people a bit of grace. All in all a shocking experience would not recommend. Swimming teacher Niamh is amazing which is why I am hanging on by a thread still taking my child here.

Excellent staff and trainers including professional support at the Gym and Swimming activities.

Aways helpful staff relaxed atmosphere and café for a drink afterwards. Cannot wait for our new venue to open. Will original staff it Will be a winner.

A very friendly place ! from staff to the people who use the centre . All staff are happy to help and the personal trainers give great advice . I like that there are wide range of ages ,and abilities . So there is no awkwardness. Bedworth everyone active like most gyms is busier late afternoon, but have a wide range of activities to choose from not just the gym . Give it a try

Every aspect from the booking stage to arrival couldn't have been any easier. Staff really friendly and helpful upon arrival. New premises are being built but stands are still very good in the original building. Thank you all at Bedworth Leisure Centre.

Staff are warm and welcoming even tho busy and rushed off their feet they had time, to show us the place and Dermot the duty manager for the day went above and beyond to make us feel like we belong

In the main gym we met a staff member called arj absolutely brilliant lad,
he was amazing with ALL the members meeting and greeting everyone with a smile, he walked us around explaining a little about each area of the gym (cardio/strength/resistance/recovery)

Great facilities, lovely pool, and super staff, just need to sort the hot water to the showers out. Look forward to using the centre on a more regular basis.

The gym is absolutely dirty. Spider cupwebs on the roof and dirty changing room with some shower heads not working. A lot of gym machines are missing and the available one, a lot of them are not working. IT WAS THE WORST EVERYONE IS ACTIVE GYM THAT I HAVE BEEN TO. I really envy the management for getting paid for doing nothing. Lucy them.

Fantastic facility, great array of classes and activities available, affordable prices, free parking, friendly professional staff, clean and easy to access premises. Highly recommend.

I've been using this centre for 5 weeks and despite the heated pool never feeling heated I'm very happy here.

I have swim lessons for my son and I and my fiance joins us for public swim and we love it.

The main reason for my review is a worker there called Kelis. She has been so willing and helpful throughout our experience with Everyone Active. Great customer service, going above and beyond to sort out glitches and has even taken the time to tell me about grocers and other services I need being new to Bedworth.

She wears a smile even though my questions might be annoying and she represents the company well being dressed neat and tidy in her uniform.

I hope you all have incentive programs for team members like her.

Great class good experirnce

Friendly centre. Used main pool on a cold day water temperature was about right plenty of room to swim lengths. Life guards/attendants present and helpful. Showers working and hairdryers available.

I only use the pool but really enjoy coming here.
The staff are really friendly & I always feel welcome.
Sometimes,when the pool is busy ,the changing rooms look a bit wet & dirty.
Today's visit was fine as there were not many people swimming when I was there.

Gym is ok convenient as not to far from home , equipment is old , and can’t go went i want as never get parking between 4- 6.30 due to kids going to swimming. paying too much to go gym and having to turn back as no parking.

My daughter attended swimming lessons at Bedworth Leisure Centre.

First lesson in stage 3. The instructor and lifeguards had their backs turned on the lesson for prolonged periods of time, which lead to my 6yr old daughter sinking and swallowing large amounts of water.

Staff didn’t really show any urgency to help her even when we rushed to alert them.

The lack of care that a young child was in immediate danger of drowning was extremely worrying.

I would strongly advise you avoid this leisure centre for swimming lessons at all costs. The staff clearly can’t be trusted with the safety of children.
