March 2026, the premises is looking so clean now and the vibe and energy has become more positive. The team here are very caring and accommodating, in particular the new Indian team member, speaks so highly of everyone active and her colleagues. Its very refreshing her actions speak louder than her words and you can see previous assistants have not been as passionate! as it shows through their work and their attitude. The property was heavily worn and layers of stains throughout is being sorted. Location is great, good parking, nice swimming pool. The gym is adequate. There is no spa.

I generally enjoy the Leisure Centre, I like the gym and really enjoyed my swim. However, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. I requested not to be contacted by phone on more than one occasion, but I still received calls after submitting an enquiry. I also asked for a receipt via email, and was told it wasn’t possible without any clear explanation and that I would need to collect it in person, which felt very inconvenient and unprofessional, especially for such a simple request.

When I tried again to confirm that my preference not to be contacted by phone could be added to my profile, the response I received came across as dismissive, which was quite upsetting. I hope communication and customer care can be improved, as the facilities themselves are great.

Chalfont Leisure centre is a welcoming and friendly environment. I’ve just been using the gym but everyone has been so helpful when I didn’t know how to use the equipment so I didn’t feel quite as totally out of my depth as I am! Last week it was very quiet and Cameron gave up some time to give me a few top tips which I really appreciated. He was encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable and it gave me the confidence to try something new so thank you Cameron!

Chalfont Leisure Centre gym is a great place to work out - Cameron is fantastic and makes our work outs fun and relaxed.

All of the staff members are always extremely helpful at the centre. Verity and Danny were particularly helpful this morning and helped to answer my questions.

I've never felt stronger or healthier since joining Everyone Active. It's given me a new motivation to try new things, push myself and get stronger.

I have played football here for over 10 years and have used the sports hall for various events for over 30. The standards have been getting worse and worse and is now completely unplayable with floors wet with condensation and has resulted in all our teams having to find somewhere else to play once someone slipped and hit their head.

What used to be a staple of the village has sadly been neglected with no real plan of rectification. Sad times.

Please make the hall safe again!

The gym is well laid out. The aerobic equipment is entirely separate from the free weights and the resistant apparatus.
The changing facilities are moderate. There are very few lockers available as the students from the adjacent school use them to leave their kit in all day while they attend school.
The temperature of the showers can not be adjusted and are as hot mid-summer as in the winter. You can not cool off in the shower. If you go in them with a sweat on, you come out sweating even more.

I use the gym at Chalfont Leisure Centre 3 or 4 times a week and always find the equipment to be in good condition and clean. Availability of equipment is generally good and users are courteous and clean down the equipment after use.

Everyone Active has transformed the tiresome chore of regular swimming exercise. I can book a fast, medium or slow lane on line and be reasonably certain about how many other swimmers are sharing the lane. The showers and changing facilities are excellent too.

This is a great place to exercise, I highly recommen!

Nice staff, some PT instructors monopolise machines. Boot camp, ruins free weights area at lunchtime, no barbell, nor free weights bench press facilities, nice vibe though, pleasant staff . Big Love Big Steve

Just joined and everyone is so friendly. It was the best decision I've made for my fitness and I'm really enjoying getting strong and healthy again.

The gym is ok. The free weights upstairs are muddled with the functional area so it's not great when boot camp in running in the functional area. So it's not very well thought out. Staff are very friendly.

Friendly advice, efficient walkthrough of the facilities and clear communication about membership offers. Everything was faultless and the gym is great for what I am after.

Good basic leisure facilities for local access.

New fitness manager just joined and has removed loads of virtual spin classes without communicating or consulting with customers. Trying to force people onto instructor led spin classes which are disgusting, sweaty, smelly and too hot they make you want to pass out. Apparently this is to "save money", yet they would rather leave real estate unused? Makes no commercial sense. Body Pump impossible to get on - haven't been for 8 month's. Katie one of the managers is extremely rude, concerned she teaches this to her staff. Overall terrible experience, not customer friendly, make changes without getting feedback. Things got worse since the new fitness manager arrived but there's no feedback mechanism and some people are scared to give negative feedback, probably because the staff will be rude and the fitness manager won't listen. Pick another gym.

It was my first day back after few health issues. I felt very welcomed by the instructor and was given the time to work on my own pace. Class was amazing and it felt so good to get the heart rate up again

I was lucky to get on the class as I was on the waiting list. Most classes have long waiting lists and extra classes are needed. I am a senior ordinary member and often cannot get on classes as platinum members book on first. It’s a very unfair system and I feel I’m not getting what I pay for. Senior classes should be for age 66+ but anyone age 16+ can attend. Why have Senior classes in that case? I’m not happy with the booking system or the management of the centre.

For my first time in the Leisure Centre for some years I had lost confidence and the Staff were amazing and helped me feel secure and relaxed as they took me through what would be best for me with no pressure.
