Friendly and fun
Was shown around for our first visit by Jack who was very friendly and informative and made us feel good about choosing to join the center.
2nd visit was to use facilities, gym then spa, both of which were easy to access and use. Brandon at front desk made us feel very welcome and comes over as very friendly and proud of the center
Center has a good variation of classes for differing abilities. Look forward to using more

Great local leisure centre.
I enjoy all the facilities this Leisure centre has to offer. I mostly use the great swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. You are always greeted and welcomed when you arrive and acknowledged with a goodbye when you leave.

Disappointed
Booked to go to aqua fit a week before the session. When I arrived in the pool on the day it turned out that staff had not booked me on the session.
The staff are usually excellent and Beth the instructor is absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately a customer complained about the class having two to many people and I was therefore unable to take part in the session with the rest of the group.
Most people who book on are very rude and don't even seem to take part in the session. It would be more appropriate for the majority of the people who attended to attend a coffee morning or knit and natter group instead and leave spaces free for people who actually want to get fit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience with our Aqua Fit class, I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive ready for your session, only to find out that your booking hadn’t been registered and that you couldn’t take part.
It’s great to hear your kind words about Beth and our team, we will be sure to pass that on to them. However, we do appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been, and we will pass this back to the team to ensure our booking process is double-checked to prevent this from happening in future.
Your comments about class attendance and ensuring spaces are filled by those wishing to fully participate are also very valid and will be taken on board when reviewing how we manage bookings.

Great leisure centre, always clean and welcoming. Fantastic 6 lane pool and well equipped gym that will meet most people's needs.
