The sauna is switched off too early got…

The sauna is switched off too early got in at 6.30 was not on and just warm and going cold.
Not good service when been working all day and come to use the sauna to relax. The sauna needs to he hot for the health benefits it provides.
Told members off staff numerous times happens often.

Friendly environment but limited facilities

Friendly helpful staff and generally well run but lacks a swimming pool and choice of exercise classes isn’t great. Also space is a bit of an issue as the studio where classes used to be held is now being used as an extension to the gym which means classes are either held in the sports hall which isn’t great for acoustics and doesn’t have air con or in a very small studio where you feel a bit cramped. Membership fees are reasonable.
