I enquired about their membership and receives call every day. I signed up as I was given a good price for Blue Light Card members. I was told I can use any centre ( that's what I need as I am on the road a lot and uses my lunch break to fit a work out). When I tried to book to another centre, I was told I needed to upgrade ( to a much more expensive membership) as my current membership doesn't include access to all facilities. ( Not what I was promised by the rep on the phone who probably just wanted to make a quick deal. I decided that it doesn't meet my needs and cancelled my membership. They took 2 months in advance via direct debit and refused to refund me from the day I cancelled for the unused time.
The gym itself is OK but the size of a shoe box, no shower and opened too late. The pool is always crammed. Staff are nice and helpful

Shocking service at the Shipston On Stour facility. For the last few months a large majority of the Junior gym sessions have just been cancelled. This is done on the day, with no warning whatsoever. Rarely does my child get to go when he wants to, and as mentioned the cancellations are only communicated when he gets to the facility. Staff shortage was the reason given when I raised a complaint previously, this was after many weeks and many sessions cancelled.

It got slightly better for a couple of weeks, and now it seems the issue has resurfaced with regularity yet again. No ability to contact senior management to complain, and of course never a mention of reimbursement of membership fees (or part of!) for lack of service.

Advice would be to steer clear of this outfit, it’s obvious why the head office is not contactable directly, from my own experience of this business, I imagine they would get inundated with complaints.

I would like the Centre and Pool to be a little warmer.
Affordable and booking is easy on the app.

Excellent staff and constructive swimming lessons for our daughter Ava.
Since birth to stage four there is always a member of staff available on hand to help with any questions.

I went for an evening swim at Shipston Leisure Centre pool. The centre is warm, staff are friendly, water temperature ideal, place is clean and well kept, with individual dry changing rooms. I had a good 'lane' swim along with four other people in my lane - not crowded at all, and came away feeling relaxed and exercised. Not having swum since lock-down, I've already booked my next session.

Rip Off. I am in a situation where I am at university so I join in the months I am at home only. Therefore I have to cancel my membership for roughly 3 months before purchasing again. Despite being promised I don’t need to pay the joining fee every time they always charge me. I get charged the normal rate for the first month, and then charged £50 for the second.. each time. Also now put in a £10 admin fee to simply get more money out of a customer. Absolute Joke. So frustrating despite staff promising that I won’t need to pay the joining fee again.

Lovely clean and friendly centre. The lane swimming is good, split into 3 speed lanes, slow, medium , fast. With an easy online booking system. Plus little challenges set each month to encourage you to exercise more. Definitely recommend 👍💪
