The members are friendly and the instructor is amazing

If I could give a negative score I would.

Booked the inflatable pool party on the phone for my daughter. When I booked their systems were down but I was assured that the date we wanted was booked and they offered me a 'Black Friday' deal. I took it. They didn't want payment as their systems were down.

Phone back after a busy Christmas to check on the booking - its been cancelled and given to someone else. Next booking we can do is now 6 weeks later. Fine, this can happen. However, the Black Friday deal is no longer valid for me.

So the manager calls me and says she's looked into it. The booking was in the system for a day when they weren't doing the Black Friday deal so I couldn't have been offered it. So calling me liar - she says she didn't use that word but effectively that is what she has said. How would I know there was even a Black Friday deal if no one offered it to me? Apparently the systems are only ever down for a few hours. I'm assuming my booking was written down on paper and not put in until a few days later when the Black Friday deal was already gone.

Long and short of it, they won't honour the deal and expect me to pay £15 more per extra child - children I wouldn't have invited already if they hadn't offered me the deal.

They also claim I had to pay up front for it all - I would have been happy to do this but the person I spoke to said I didn't need to, I could pay on the day. The manager says this would never have happened. She says all bookings were called to take payment - I certainly wasn't. Why I would want to sabotage my own daughters birthday I have no idea.

They have offered no solution to their mistakes. Just the next available booking. Called me a liar in a 'roundabout' way and basically claiming I've made most of this up. Total incompetence. Really not good enough.

Staff were extremely helpful and really friendly. The facilities are great and everything was explained properly. Really great experience!

I visit the leisure centre 4 times a week for swimming and group exercise classes. The centre is normally clean and well maintained but as I do an exercise class in bare feet it would be preferable for the floor to be swept between classes. This isn't possible though with the classes being back to back.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sunbury Leisure Centre is a great, very professional place to visit. I go there to swim and love the facility and the friendly atmosphere. The staff are both helpful and courteous, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this leisure centre to anyone, knowing that they would enjoy it too.

Great swimming teachers.

The kids have been coming here for years and the swimming teachers (and other staff) are great! Last child through is now Stage 8. Trampolining lessons are good too.

Sunbury Leisure Centre - Great value local gym - nothing flash but £25 a month all in is a steal! I think I paid that over 10 years ago!!!

Everyone Active provides significant value for money for families and individuals and covers the gamut of contemporary health and exercise facilities, whether you use one facility as in the gym, or pool or exercise classes and group activities or all. The personnel are excellent and the equipment is current and well maintained. I highly recommend joining and improving your wellbeing.

The staff were polite and friendly. I think the changing rooms and toilets could have done with a small clean but it definitely wasn’t terrible.

My local Everyone active is quite small compared to many of their other buildings. However I Love our one. It gives a wonderful community feel and always feels welcoming fun and calm. The staff are friendly and helpful even when its the later sessions. Booking is made easy whether you ring or book on the app which I love.

I suffer with Non epileptic seizures and when I had one there the staff was amazing. They not only supported me but my partner as well. I wasn't made to feel embarrassed by it which was really refreshing. Thank you to Sunbury for being amazing.
